Been using this company since 2013. Exceptional service. I’ve had five vehicles now from them.
My latest car, they delivered to me 170 miles and they were terrific.
Happy to recommend them to my family and friends.

This garage is totally untrustworthy, with very little regard to the customer , customer care and aftersales issues .
They tried to fit the wrong tyres and when I noticed they tried to deny they were wrong , trying to take me for a fool .After the service manager finally admitting Gravells were in error I was then told that I would have to pay for the mistake if I wished the tyres I ordered , have a confirmed paper trail of costing and an invoice confirming what I have paid for to be fitted .
I held my ground and was very rudely told I had to leave the car immediately and use a tiny curtesy car to protect the tread on the fitted tyres even though I had informed them 4 days earlier of the mistake .
Due to how the service manager spoke to me and her overall attitude towards me aswell as the whole experience i asked her to close and refund my service plan . She then replied to me with great delight that she would fine me £50 of my £200 + plan balance as an exit charge , even though I'd had a plan with Gravells for 7 years ,only suspending it during covid and then being put on an in-house service plan in 2021.
I spoke to the service plan dept the following day explaining this is an unfair legal request and was then told they would waver any exit charge .
Everything with Gravells is hard work , no thought for the customer when things go wrong .
Customer care and aftersales does not exist which is such a shame

Just taken delivery of our sixth Kia from Gravells. David James is simply the best. Gravells of Kidwelly are head and shoulders the best car dealer in the country by a huge margin. The products and services provided are a huge credit to Jonathan and his team.

I never usually leave reviews but was so impressed by my experience of buying a used car that I will. Emyr was really helpful, very pleasant and knowledgeable about the car i bought and the one I traded. I phoned to see if I could pick the new car up 3 days earlier than planned as had minor emergency situation. Emyr went out of his way to make this happens. Was a pleasure doing business with Gravells. Would recommend them.

Horrendous customer service. My sister has been with her car now for 6months after a fault with a new model. Rude staff, no updates, affected her ability work as a being self-employed. Avoid at all costs along with Dacia UK.

Took the kia Picanto in for a sevice in Gravells in Swansea. After an 1 1/2 wait I was informed that there was a puncture in the Near side front tyre. Took the car to City Tyres to get this fixed -they were unable to do anything as the locking nut was not in it's usual place (Glove box) and I couldn't find this anywhere -returned to Gravells to see if they had taken this out and not replaced it - Informed by the person on the front desk that they wouldn't have as they did not take off the tyres but just looked at them (not sure how they would diagnose a puncture by doing this). She reluctantly went to check and found that (supprise) they did indeed have my locking nut. Returned to City Tyres who could not find anything wrong with the tyre but resealed this tyre and a back one that I had been having problems with for £10 (compared with the £97.50 Gravells had quoted me for one tyre). Never again.

Recently purchased a Kia from Gravells Abergavenny. My salesman Rhodri was absolutely first class, and very easy to deal with.I travelled a 800 mile round trip to collect the car, and as promised he collected me from car hire company, and had the new car in the showroom ready to go with a full tank.customer service was second to none. He gave me a courtesy email to make sure got home ok. Can't recommend this family business enough

Gareth Postlethwaite is absolutely wonderful to deal with. So professional, kind and funny! He made buying a used car an amazing experience, everything went smoothly and quickly. I drove 5 hours and would do so again for this kind of sales and service.

Gravels Hereford.
Purchased a Sportage from here in June, Dion the salesman was so helpful & made the whole transaction smooth & easy, was really pleased with the service given.
Had to return to the showroom yesterday with a small mechanical problem, Tracey the receptionist & Alex the technician were fantastic, brilliant customer service & got the issue resolved within 30mins. So very pleased with the professional & warm friendly service at this dealership. Stefan the manager also shows genuine care and attention to his customers. Would highly recommend Gravells Hereford.

Took my wives Sportage for a service at Gravells Hereford today the service from Tracey was first class, a loan car was waiting when I dropped off the car and I was able to collect our car less than 90 minutes after I dropped it off. A big thank you to all involved.

Amazing Customer Service from Scott today. I had a bit of a car emergency and he managed to fit me in at very short notice. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond in terms of amazing customer service. The mechanic also was brilliant in both showing me, and explaining to me the issue with my car ... and both he and Scott, gave great advice and recommendations. I would highly recommend Kia Swansea. I don't know if Scott knew but today was the national 'Random Act of Kindness' Day! - I definitely felt I was on the receiving end today! Thank you again Scott.

Having recently upgraded my Kia Sportage with Gravells Swansea I cannot praise the salesman enough. Callum was thoughrouly professional, courteous and knowledgeable from the initial phone enquiry to the final exchange. This is the second time I have dealt with Gravells, and it certainly will not be the last. Thank you Callum, and Gravells.

Callum dealt with my enquiry to upgrade my existing Kia Sportage. From the initial phone conversation to driving my new model off the forecourt a week later he was the consummate professional, thoroughly knowledgeable, polite and extremely efficient. Just picked up my new dacia from kidwelly and what a fabulous car. All the little issues with the old model now resolved and drives like a dream. Gareth the sales rep couldn't have been more helpful. No hard sell solid advice and great communication. A delay in delivery as a result of Worldwide parts shortage was well communicated and my options clearly explained. Great service wouldn't go anywhere else. My thanks to Gareth and the whole team at gravells. Martin

I recently purchased a car from Gravells, Kidwelly.
I was fortunate to be assisted by Gareth, from whom I received outstanding customer service.
His communication style was great and he went out of his way to help me. He was very courteous and professional and he was clearly knowledgeable about the stock they hold at the branch.
He was able to answer all my queries and he made the whole process exceptionally straightforward and seamless.
He delivered everything that he promised.
I would definitely recommend Gravells to friends and family based on my recent experience.

Recently visited Gravells Dacia as we were considering purchasing a new Duster. To be fair, we were offered a test drive by the salesman, the drive went well and I was impressed with the particular model I had in mind. However when I spoke to him regarding a potential purchase I found him rather difficult to deal with and all he seemed to be interested in was talking about the new models which were going to be released later in the year. He was not very helpful in trying to find me anything which was currently in stock. Unfortunately It was as if he couldn't really be bothered. I really did find him quite awkward to deal with and this was despite the fact that he was aware that we had already purchased 2 new Kia's from the same dealership just a few months earlier !. Our 'Kia' experience however was superb and Chris, the salesman was a pleasure to deal with. In light of the underwhelming experience in the Dacia showroom I decided not to deal with Gravells but to look elsewhere. Within a few days I managed to source the model I wanted from another dealer and despite everything being dealt with remotely, this experience was like chalk and cheese. I was offered a great deal on a stock vehicle and bought the car. The sales staff could not have been more helpful. A real shame because, despite buying 2 brand new cars from Gravells Kia, the Dacia experience was far from what I had hoped. Had the salesman been a bit more interested I would've been keen to secure a deal locally but as he wasn't I went elsewhere. 5* for Gravells Kia, 1* for Gravells Dacia, so a 3* rating overall.

The team at Gravells were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond what I might have expected when I had an issue with my "new" second hand Dacia. They were courteous and extremely helpful and liaised with the Llanfoist garage so that I was not put out at all whilst it was fixed. Thanks to Emyr and all at the garage
