Geweldige klantenservice
Oprecht een van de beste klantenservices ooit! Heel lief en geduldig. Ze kwamen met goede oplossingen op mijn problemen en de bezorging was ook erg vlot. Mailtjes werden heel snel beantwoord, soms binnen 2 minuten zelfs. Dit was erg top!

Great backpack
Great product (medium recycled backpack) which was delivered very quickly just before Christmas.
My only criticism (hence 4 not 5 stars) was the use of plastic outer packaging. Paper or cardboard would be better.

I had an issue with the color of the item purchases. It was not the fault of Grahams of Bath but rather the company that provides the professional photographs of the items. My issue was dealt with quickly and with friendliness. I appreciated that.

Ordered gift for my Wife’s Christmas
Ordered gift for my Wife’s Christmas. It didn’t show. The Team at Grahams were very apologetic. In the end the package arrived in February and Grahams told me to keep for free which was very kind of them!
