Online ordering was great
I have ordered online and also been into the store too. I found buying online a much better experience, it was easy and item arrived quicker than expected. Went to the store in the past as some items you do need to try on for size but stock seemed to be limited and staff unfortunately weren't particularly helpful

Friendly and professional staff
Unfortunately the item i ordered was not available from the supplier and so I got a call the day after I ordered it to tell me it wasn't avalable and to tell me some alternatives. The rep was very nice and I had a refund within 24 hours
