Luchia was extremely professional yet relaxed in her approach. Our meeting in the office was held in the very "intense" period of Covid-19. The extra care taken was much appreciated. Her experience and knowledge was obvious and she was tactful to the extreme in some of our unconventional bequests and wishes during a Will making appointment.
