Shop has everything, loads of good bargains, helpful staff, nice clean toilets.
I was served today by EVIE, with a greeting and a smile and a thank you as I was leaving.

Very helpful customer service very polite sue was lovely and so were the other ladies in store 😀

Sue on the till was helpful and friendly. She took care of my purchased items while I followed my young son on a second tour of the shop.

Great experience with lovely staff Charlotte and Evie went above and beyond to ensure our visit to GoOutdoors was everything it should be!
Professional, helpful staff and excellent purchases

Helpful staff, a well organised store, everything very easy to find. Sue, the member of staff on the till was helpful and polite, all good, helped me to get the cheapest deal I could get.

When asking member if staff the price of a coat I was told £39 . At the till it was £55 when I mentioned it to the same staff member she said “I said I think it’s £39 “ if she didn’t know for sure shouldn’t that be the point she finds out for definite as she was only stood around when asked .

Recently went into the Warrington store with a puncture to my rear bicycle tyre. Jake and Donna did a brilliant job in repairing it - and all for free. Thank you to them both. I was facing a lengthy walk home otherwise!

A massive thank you to Sue for sorting out an issue with a problem walking boot and exchanging the item really easily.

Returned some boots that had developed a leak.. No issues sue at the Warrington store delt with it very quickly and efficiently.. New boots issued.. Thanks sue

Nice place too shop, staff are very attentive especially Amelia who served us! She was patient, and explained everything too us, as we’re elderly, She made us feel comftarble too ask as many questions as we wanted. Very good customer service from this young lady! Thank you

I was met by Sue and 'cheeky wink' Donna. They listened to the problem of my shoes failing after only a few months use, and within minutes were finding me another pair to replace them. Both the ladies had big smiles and great approach to customer problems. They a a credit to the company and I look forward to purchasing from this store again.

I called in to buy a new water bottle for the gym. Fairly spare of the moment thing. I picked a bottle off the shelf that had a display price of £10. At the till, I was informed by the staff member that the cost of the bottle was actually £16. I was then informed that there was a two-tier pricing system and that becoming a member would lower the price. I was asked if I'd like to be a member and I agreed. After the exchange of some personal details and keying in of information, the same staff member announced that my new total for the bottle was now £19. You can imagine the confusion. Apparently this staff member didn't have the basic common sense to first of all inform me that it costs £5 to become a member and secondly, to spot that it was only a small purchase and therefore not beneficial for me to spend the £5 to become a member when the discount price wouldn't offset the cost of the membership. I don't know what kind of training these people get but whatever it is, it's not sufficient. It's also worth mentioning that the discounted price of the water bottle was £14, not £10, so the item cost was mislabelled. At the time of the purchase I had a screaming 2 year old in my arms and a 4 year old who was rolling around on the floor, so I took the path of least resistance and just paid the bill. On reflection, that bothers me and I really wish I'd stood my ground.
