Excellent service from Matt in choosing a pair of walking shoes. Knowledgeable and helpful in helping me to select from options available.

Store was well stocked, I wasn’t bothered once whilst shopping but plenty of people there to ask if needed. Very friendly till staff and Annie was friendly when I last minute asked to add a discount just before paying

Jess was superb. Went for new walking boots. She had loads of knowledge on sizing, waterproof boots and how good they are. She was so helpful and patient. Would definitely recommend

I was served by Annie on a number of occasions when visiting the Tamworth branch, she is always extremely polite, helpful and professional. Making my experience positive.

This branch is always clean, tidy and well organised I often see members of staff making sure stock is in the correct place as well as being presentable. The stock level is usually substantial considering it’s a much smaller shop than some others.
I think other branch’s should take on board what the staff do at Tamworth to help improve some of the other stores.

I visited Go Outdoors recently to find a pair of hiking boots for an upcoming trip to the Andes, and I had such a positive experience thanks to Courtney.

She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different brands and took the time to understand exactly what I needed and the kind of terrain I’d be hiking in. Her advice was thoughtful and practical, and she explained the differences between options clearly without any pressure.

What really stood out was how genuinely helpful and invested she was in making sure I left with the right pair, not just any pair. It made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Courtney is an absolute credit to the store, and because of her, I’ll definitely be returning to Go Outdoors in the future.

Excellent choice of products - I was looking for Salomon walking shoes - and was helped by a very pleasant, polite and friendly assistant who helped me choose what I wanted and was very informative. The whole process was efficient and positive and I felt that I could not have been helped any more than I was. Courtney was extremely helpful and very professional and pleasant.

Courtney was very helpful today. My daughter tried on several pairs of walking boots, and she was very patient with her and was able to give us some valued advice.

Treated myself to some hiking thermal leggings . Courtney one of the assistants at the Tamworth store was so helpful and gave great service - she made sure I got what I wanted. Nothing beats going and trying stuff on and knowing your choice is right for you.
