I was served by Cain in the angling department yesterday, he was very knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase.

Gentlemen sorted shoes I requested in various sizes until I found the correct fit with no problems and very polite and helpful

I was never told that my order was delivered to the store. I had an email from the distributor but never got anything to say that my orders were ready to pick up. Had to ring customer Service who was no help as they just tried to ring the store. I eventually got through to the store two days later and told just to head to the store on the off chance.
My purchases were there but what should have been an easy purchase was turned in to something difficult.

Ruby was Very helpful with getting me the right tools for my gas cylinder. Thank you again Ruby.

Myself and my husband had a great couple of hours here, staff where very helpful seen a lovely gent upstairs who helped us pick out the best light for camping trips, he seemed to know his stuff.
Had a great selection of camping gear and we bought a new tent was great having some set up so we could judge size and such.
We where served by Emily at the till who was great, helped us set up our membership which is absolutely fab!
We packed everything into the car then decided to go back in to check out the clothing. We then bought a few more bits and where served by Emily again 😅
Overall a great trip to go outdoors. We are heading to the Stockton branch this weekend to find more amazing buys!

The shop assistant today was faultless, Sue, was helpful, took the time to not only look for an item i was after but, helped pick put the best that suited my needs. We chatted about all sorts whilst looking for my item. She was respectful, cheerful, customer attentive and made me feel welcome, thanks Sue. Becks 😀

Great experience in the Sunderland store today . Drew helped me to pick some good walking shoes . They were very informative and patient while I’ll tried various shoes on .

We wanted to try float fishing but have no idea how to setup for it. Cain was very knowledgeable and he taught us the basics and showed the items we need considering our budget as well. I am not from the UK and this was a very pleasant shopping experience for me!

I recently had an outstanding experience at GO Outdoors in Sunderland and felt it was important to share. The service I received was truly second to none. From having a conversation with Dave Thoughton, everything was handled quickly, professionally, and in a way that made the whole process completely stress-free.

The manager Dave was especially helpful he took the time to understand my situation and went above and beyond to resolve an issue I had with a Berghaus item. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and his approach was both efficient and genuinely considerate.

I would absolutely recommend the Sunderland store to anyone. The level of service, attitude, and professionalism was fantastic and made a real difference to my experience.
