Visited the Sunderland branch and to say the service was good is an understatement, from looking for advice on clothing and aqua coats I was really surprised of the level of product information and knowledge which isn't normal in many other stores now , thank you Karen , Shauna and Maddie for a fantastic shopping experience

I rang up to see if a coat was available in there store as it was sold out everywhere else. The lovely staff set aside the coat for me and were so helpful. Amazing customer service and felt so homely and friendly. Go outdoors, your staff need a pay rise!

Great customer service, with a friendly advisor Sue, provided a lot of good knowledge around Rab and various other brands 👍

Me and my brother Popped in today to grab a few things for the family for Christmas and was greeted at the door by Sue who was more then helpful with sizes and fitting etc definitely recommended P.S if the managers see this she deserves a pay rise 😉

Telephoned the Sunderland store to see if they had a certain coat in and Sue found it and put it behind the till for me. She was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sue for a great shopping experience in your store

Sue served us at the till. She ordered a pair of boots that were out of stock in store. She was very helpful and pleasant. We often go to the store in Sunderland and all the staff are so good it’s a pleasure to shop in there.

Poppy was so knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect coat for a Christmas gift. She was very friendly and gave great customer service.

I was looking at getting some hiking boots and Karen kindly assisted me. Can I just say how brilliant she was. Super helpful, went back and forth multiple times to get me different sizes and didn’t once look like she was annoyed or fed up. Made me feel really comfortable. Give that woman a pay rise!

Ruby was realy helpful today,after deciding what best sleeping bag to choose Ruby came over to advise me which one to pick as a couldn't decide Ruby is a credit to the store

Saw on fb they had sum crab bait, went in n the nice lassy said I needed a five quid card to get the "discounted price". Must think I'm stupid like, walked out plenty other places to get bait AT A REAL PRICE

I rang the Sunderland store at pallion and spoke to Sue who kindly checked stock for a jacket for me and kept it at the till. She was extremely polite and helped me with another query in store. It made my shopping experience a pleasure and hassle free. Thank you Sue

We recently went into store and bought a load of coats for a local children’s charity.
Between Drew and Poppy they assisted us with our large purchase and even got us an extra discount from Claire the manager. I can’t fault go outdoors. We ordered more online ending up with 80 items of outdoor warm clothing for children who may not have anything and the staff kept me updated on the deliveries and assisted with the collection.

I popped into go outdoors to get some camping bits and was served by Maddie and Katie. Maddie was so friendly and could not have done more for us. Katie offered excellent knowledge and made sure we left with what we needed. Both made the shopping experience perfect. Thank you!
