Would like to say a huge thank you to Pete in the Cycling Centre.
We first contacted him in June to report an issue with my son’s bike that was still under warranty. Pete kept us fully informed throughout the process and we felt assured that it was being dealt with as fast as possible, despite the delays with receiving the bike part.

Ordered 2 items to be collected in…
Ordered 2 items to be collected in store. Both items showing as being in stock at the store itself. Got an email 2 days later saying that only my second choice item was available. Click and collect orders are supposed to be picked in hours, not days. Disappointed

I am sorry to hear that your Click & Collect experience did not meet your expectations. I appreciate how disappointing it must have been to place an order for items that appeared to be available at your chosen store, only to be informed two days later that one of the items was actually out of stock.
We understand your frustration regarding the time taken to process the order. When customers choose Click & Collect Express, they rightly expect prompt updates, and I am sorry that this was not the experience you received.
Whilst Go Outdoors aim to ensure our stock files are accurately reflected, cancellations can occasionally occur due to stock discrepancies or system issues, I fully appreciate how upsetting and inconvenient this is.

email notification system didn’t work.
The email notifications system didn’t work. I wasn’t told my parcel arrived for pick up. When I phoned customer services they were very helpful.

Product was unboxed with scratches all over it. No instructions. With a price tag on of 8 pounds less than I paid for it with members discount. Returned and bought elsewhere

I recently visited the Cheadle store as my tent pole was broken when I purchased a tent and although this is not covered under warranty and the time had passed to return the tent, John was extremely helpful and replaced the pole and re-threaded it ready for my camping trip. Thank you so much, John. Brilliant customer service and what a great helpful guy!

Stored is well laid out with everything easy to find. Love the fact that they are dog friendly.

Went in Stockport Store to purchase a…
Went in Stockport Store to purchase a couple of OEX TeeShirts… they had either S or XXL, went in 10 days later thinking the would have restocked but they hadn’t bothered! Then ordered them online, had to pay £3.99 postage and wait 4 days for delivery. This is why people use Amazon so much.
