Great service from John, didn't buy anything but he was very helpful. Husband brought a Peter storm gillet and was extremely happy with the service he received from Bruce .....

Today visited Solihull store to buy tent for our first ever camping. Pleased with the service and recommendations provided by staffs Sue and Bruce. Bought a really good tent and planned to buy some more stuff this weekend. Excellent service!

John who helped us find the perfect walking shoes at short notice saved the day.he could not have been nicer or more efficient

Kat was super helpful with my return, exchange, new order online to be delivered and purchase in store - all happened at the same time. It was a complicated case but she handled it really well. When I made the original purchase at the Coventry store, I wasn't asked if I had any special discounts card. John and Sue were wonderfully helpful with all things D of E related, items and clothing and more, as well as memberships.

My wife is in a wheelchair and finds shopping very difficult. Asked lady assistant for crop trousers for her. She went and found some which she brought back to my wife. She went out of her way to make sure the fitting room was set up for my wife to try them on. Consequently my wife was able to purchase some trousers. At no time was she treated without the utmost respect.

Excellent customer care, clean shop, helpfull asistants. Really curteous with a lady with disability and really patient. Accomodated my indecision and offered advice without pressuring. Thank you!

We’ve had multiple great experiences in store, primarily due to how helpful and knowledgeable the staff are (particularly Bruce who helped us both times we’ve been in). He was able to give some really useful advice that made our shopping experience much faster and easier, and made sure we are fully equipped for our upcoming trip abroad.

The chap who stripped the mannequin pronto to let us have a dress in the only one of its size left in the GoOutdoors world brilliant!! Customer service was very good, particularly from the man in the footwear dept. who was very knowlegeable about walking boots. Friendly approachable staff with a positive attitude. Iam very satisfied with my experience.

Friendly and efficient store staff looked after us and organised our order for in store delivery. We were kept well informed of progress and the items arrived on time at a good price

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I bought a great sleeping bag which was just what I needed They let me know about a discount for National Trust members too.

Visited the store today to gear up for a backpacking trip to some essential gear and backpack. Kait was super helpful and answered every question I asked. I was also looking at new hiking shoes, and she suggested a really nice lightweight leather ones, which I am really happy with. She packed everything nicely in the backpack when I was checking out. Definitely will return for more items.
