Very helpful staff
The store had a decent range of walking boots. I was served by Sue, and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was patient with me as I tried on a few different boots and gave good advice. The ones I bought have been really good and just what I needed - I have used them for a few months now.

Hiking Boots
Bruce gave great and knowledgeable advice when selecting a new pair of hiking boots. He was also very patient when I tried on 5 different pairs of boots - even allowing me to put my own insoles in them and try them then.

Saw a sale sign which looke a good deal…
Saw a sale sign which looke a good deal but at the till i was told it was a members only deal ( very small print on the label which was a bit of a catch) Cost me a few quid to join to save a couple of quid. Just a faff really.
