GO Outdoors - Peterborough Recensioni 

Yesterday in Peterborough Go outdoors wife wanted a pair of waterproof trainers there was a lady working her name Corrine we asked a few questions and the answers came flooding back she fetch 3 pairs wife tried them on and kept a pair moving around the shop found something else had to ask more questions same lady but this time she wasn’t sure so on the radio asking for us next thing a lad and manager was with us again nothing to much trouble all smiling and chatting. Our time in the shop was made welcoming and very pleasant with the 3 staff especially Corrine definitely a 20 out of 10 thanks guys for all your help

We took a faulty 5 year old bike that was originally bought from GoOutdoors to Peterborough store as there was a problem with the motor. Hastan (bike technician) was extremely helpful & as promised called us within a couple of hours with his opinion! Unfortunately the bike was beyond repair…

Always a pleasure buying stuff from Go Outdoors, as the staff are so helpful.

Was looking for some walking boots and had excellent support and advice from Sue Gordon, who was very knowledgeable and informed. Nothing was too much trouble and worked hard to find boots which met my requirements. Unfortunately there were not any in my size which met my requirements and that seems to be the case in other Outdoor stores in the region which is disappointing. However with Sue’s help and advice I will hopefully be able to find some on line.

Went to the Peterborough store for some Merrell walking boots. They were in stock at a price I couldn't beat. This the third pair in 4yrs I've had from this store. Excellent boots and excellent service, assisted by Sue Gordon. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Visited the Peterborough store today 10/2/26 to purchase some fishing tackle was served by a very pleasant and knowledgeable sales person who's name is Matt he explained everything and made sure that I was happy before making my purchase will certainly visit again

We went to Go Outdoors to find some walking boots for a trip to Iceland. Tom was incredibly helpful in explaining the different types of waterproof shoe and for going back and forth getting the different sizes. We were really pleased with the experience and are very happy with the purchases

Straightforward ordering, lovely product but unfortunately just too large overall for me but good quality. I needed to return item but my refund was made promptly.

If it had not been for Sue Gordon, I would not have found the correct size of waterproof trousers. Sue also explained all about the different type of trousers.

Went in last week to look at a coat I had seen online that was in the sale they had on. I checked online before going in & it said they had 1 in stock in the size I was after. I couldn’t find the coat anywhere in store so I spoke to a lady called Sue Gordon, she was fantastic. She searched the store to see if she was able to find the coat, checking the back area and scanning it on her PDA to make sure it wasn’t an error online. Eventually she found that the particular coat was put on hold for another customer to possibly collect. She advised me that they hold it for 24hrs so she took my name & number and advised me she would call me regardless of whether the customer collected or not. I received a call from Sue a day later to inform me that the customer had collected the coat and that she had checked the delivery schedule and unfortunately she could see that there were no coats due on the next delivery but there was another delivery due in a weeks time but she wasn’t unable to see if there were any due on that delivery. She told me she would make a point of checking that delivery when it was in for the coat I was after and that if I still wanted it I would have first refusal on it but also advising that in the meantime I could possibly order the coat online for delivery.
I did order the coat online in the end but I was amazed at the level of service that Sue went to, I feel like that kind of service is very hard to come by in this day & age.

She is an absolute credit to Go Outdoors Peterborough!!!

I went in today for a walking stick and had some help from Sue Gordon who is very knowledgeable and willing to help. Sue has also helped me buy shoes on previous visits. I hate shopping but having personable staff that have experience and in depth product knowledge makes the experience a pleasure rather than a chore.
