Maria at GO Outdoors Newton Abbot was absolutely amazing today! She helped me find everything I needed for a very last-minute camping trip and made the whole experience so much less stressful. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely lovely to talk to.

The customer service was absolutely perfect! I’d highly recommend this store to anyone in Newton Abbot. Thank you again, Maria!

Abbi is great, she helped me pick out a good pair of trousers. she new all the products they had stocked and clearly had great product knowledge.

I returned to Newton abbot store where I had tried to buy a trainer about 2-3 weeks ago. But without success as I had wrong socks on.
The same asst Millie served me as last time.
She was so helpful. She had remembered the exact pairs of walking trainers I had tried before but could not make my mind up. Not only that but also the exact sizes I had tried. Today with the thinner socks and Millie’s memory of the trainers I had tried before my purchase went very smoothly.
She was so helpful and kind. I am 80 years old with a hearing loss. And very understanding. She remembered the sizes and makes I had tried before. I could complete the purchase in a short time. Access to upper floor is extremely difficult for this 98-year-old customer.
The shop assistant Maria was extremely helpful and seemed to go out of her way to identify the perfect boots for me - oh that all shop assistants were so helpful and friendly.

Made to feel welcomed at the newton abbots branch. Very helpful with my enquiries and both Millie and Maria knew their stuff. Even sourced the coat I wanted by checking with the Torquay store to see if they had it in stock and my size. Brilliant

When I arrived at the store and was browsing around I was approached and greeted by a lovey lady called Millie, she was super helpful and asked what camping gear I was after and as a new camper she recommended me everything I needed for my trip away and what’s best for what I need. Her customer service and friendly attitude was a great help to my shopping experience and I would definitely return if I need anything extra to add to my kit

Greeted as I entered the store, found the products I wanted and saved money by being a member. Good customer service and a well stocked shop. Served by Millie who was bright and friendly.

Abbi was professional and informative while remaining friendly and chatty, she explained the benefits of the coats and told me about the members card and the benefits signing up. millie was on the tills and set the card up for me and put my transaction through in a efficient and polite manner. super store and staff the boss should be proud.
