Excellent service from Cleo who was very helpful and understanding when I needed to return a pair of sandals. No quibble and I soon had a refund and a replacement pair at the now cheaper price.

I am visiting from the US and going to a camping festival, and Emmanuel was such an amazing help. He explained all the deals to me and helped me find where everything was. He was very kind and thoughtful and giving me suggestions of what would be the best items to get based on my trip. Great deals and service, thank you again!

I received excellent customer service from Charlie W at GO Outdoors Arndale. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable about the products. He took the time to compare the Eurohike rain cover with the item I originally asked about, explained the differences clearly, and even reminded me that I could receive a discount, which I really appreciated.
