Great Service
We had great service when we went to buy new walking shoes. Harri was super helpful, and even pointed out that the price might be cheaper online. Very honest

As always the staff were on point
As always the staff were on point, they knew exactly what I needed when I asked. They made sure I had the correct size when fitting so I've gone away very happy. Top team..👍🏻

Excellent staff!
Ordered numerous items from Millets and to return some items I was told Go Outdoors would take them back. Today I returned 9 items for refund. The staff were extremely helpful, pleasent and efficient in the way they handled my returns. Good staff are hard to find, Lowestoft shop have them! Very satisfied customer.

I was greeted by Hilary who said if I needed help she is here. I took her up on the offer explained what I was looking for she took me to the rack with these on answered my questions I bought one of these thanked her for her help paid and left

As a big fella I really struggle to…
As a big fella I really struggle to find shoes to fit, the sales assistant Janet did a great job of finding me a nice selection to choose from and I walked out with a lovely pair of Merrells, so thanks for some great customer service and to Go-outdoors for actually having a good selection!

Great customer service in Lowestoft
Not a company I was familiar with as they had taken over an existing business in Lowestoft.They had also taken on the staff who had worked there before. They are absolutely brilliant- welcoming, helpful and super efficient.
