Could not get required item in city…
Could not get required item in city centre shop but informed that another shop had item there sadly no way of getting item from B toA to me. I have shopped here for many years and will continue to do so for many more and still made a purchase that day

Would like to say the staff couldn’t have been more helpful! The guy who served me (sorry didn’t get his name!) even ordered the size I need from online for me as they didn’t have it in stock! This was in the Liverpool Central Station store.

Top notch customer service in store
Today I dealt with Nathan in the Ranleigh street store. I rang up, asking about a range of 3 in 1 jackets. He was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Twice during the phone call he went on to the shop floor to check some of my queries. An hour later I arrived in store, he directed me to the jackets we had discussed and also took interactive fleeces in and out of jackets for me. Explaining the technology of the various coats. I can honestly say that he provided the best customer service. Me and my partner will definitely go back and shop at this store. Gemma on the till was also very helpful. I bought a ladies Berghaus storm cloud prime 3 in 1 in blue. Lovely jacket, warm, comfortable and gorgeous colour.
