GO Outdoors - Lincoln Recensioni 

I have recently started going to this store to post my Evri parcels and I must how nice and friendly the staff are, they are always willing to have a chat about anything,
Since going in I have bought a few items and always now if I need anything the store pops into mind first,
I was served today by Owen who was most helpful doing my parcels and helping me with suncream, keep it up as its a refreshing change from being served by people who don't really want to be there 😀

Fantastic as always. Found exactly what I was after without any issues.

Absolutely amazing staff! Zan helped us get set up with some hiking equipment and was very knowledgeable and personable!! James checked us out and was super friendly and helpful. Will be back!!

having just visited the Lincoln store my visit was made more enjoyable by Donna, she was very helpful when I was looking for footwear.

Shout out to Donna at the Lincoln store - what a fantastic person! Went in for some walking shoes and she was so helpful, so patient, so friendly and really helped choose the best ones that suited my needs (and not just the most expensive!). She really is one of nicest sales staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Great work Donna - I’ll be back!

She is a credit to your store. Having been in sales management throughout my career I tend to be super critical of sales staff but not on this occasion. Donna was extremely helpful & had excellent product knowledge. She quickly identified my needs & guided me through my product choice & purchase in a gentle yet reassuring way. So disgusted with Go outdoors Lincoln Service today. I have been going to this store for Many many years with great service. knowing all the staff Managers Been a team leader. My family been one of Outdoors best customers.Today I was taking back a footprint and carpet for a tent which was reserved for me But was the wrong product Not going camping for several weeks afterSeeing it was for the wrong model Manger was very unhelpfulStating was out the 30 day return policy Totally very annoyed with the service Manager declined to give is name

I ordered two padded camping chairs online 'click & collect', as we do not live locally. As my order and payment went through so did someone else's and they were seconds in front of me. My order was confirmed so I waited for a collection date, unaware that there was now only one chair left. The following day I rang the store to see when my chairs would be ready. The situation became clear after some tracking down regarding the 'order race' and me not winning. All was not lost, a delivery was expected in the next two days. I was credited and contacted to say the delivery had arrived and two chairs were waiting for collection. We picked-up our chairs, excellent quality, great value and extremely comfortable (only tried in the lounge, yet to go to the beach). Throughtout the purchase the service from Ben, Euan and their staff has been exemplary, most helpful, caring and polite. Thank you all.

It was easy to order on line, was able to pop into the store and pick up the new day sack. Would have ben great to get the "Membership price" as well as using Klarna to spead it over 3 months which would have made it even better. However, looking fwd to getting out and getting it tested when we're out and about.

Really really helpful , thank you Jo for stopping what you were doing and finding me the right size and type of walking boots. Great advice re care. An altogether great experience.

I was served by Donna. She was smiling, friendly and helpful. She listened to what I wanted and found the perfect walking trainers for me. Her delightful, bubbly personality left me smiling as I left the shop! A great shopping experience.
