I cannot praise the young woman Hanna who helped me today her knowledge about my purchase was brilliant as I brought it back because I thought it was faulty she explained to me where I had gone wrong without being condescending at all. She showed me what to do in the future and how to make my life easier when putting up and taking down my tent even down to how I fold it when wanting to pack it away again a big golden 5 stars to this young woman thank you again Hanna you were amazing. I will definitely be back for future purchases

Spoke to Ness on the phone about reserving 2 tents. No problem at all. Went in to pay and Ness and Luke were most helpful. Luke helped me to the car with the tents as they were big ones. Appreciate the customer service.

In advance of an outdoor adventure, I took my daughter in to get some essentials. Jess could not have been more helpful. A great shop.

Don't usually shop in Go Outdoors, but the friendly and helpful team (Ness & Hanna) at the Tower House branch were great. Top up selling too!

We bought 2 pairs of walking shoes.

Horrible weather, me and my mum went in to get kitted out and were served by Hanna and Jess who were amazing, so friendly and helpful and brilliant with our two dogs!!!! Would recommend and will definitely be shopping there again!!!!! Thank you ladies!!!

I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received. First time visiting the Isle of Man and the team are most accommodating and are always on hand to help! Special mention to Hanna she has great knowledge and she took the time to help me pick and decide on a cost after my waterproof coat of 5 years finally gave up! She was extremely helpful!!
