Great staff, really good kit
The staff were SO helpful and kind, especially Makala and Chris, they were super knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me. I was about to leave for a bikepacking trip and wasn’t planning on buying more than midge net but the stuff was so nice I had to get more 😂 can recommend!!

Superb service!
Visited yesterday for a few items and Alison was quick to help us locate the items we were looking for. She set up a fitting room and was quick to locate other sizes as needed. Check out was a breeze with Alison, too.

Calum is a camping god
What can I say? Calum is the man. Total noob here rocking up and asking for a tent to go on a bakery pilgrimage across Britain and he not only treated me like I was not, in actual fact, a total noob but really looked after me too. Tried the tent, it’s awesome. Thanks for your advice!

Useless
This review relates to the national customer service, not the inverness express store who were very helpful. My order was cancelled but I was not informed. When I called customer services I was advised I would have to wait 2 weeks for the refund to be authorised then a further 5 days for it to be actioned. After speaking to a supervisor the refund was processed the next day, I asked for email confirmation and was promised this but it did not happen. Poor service

We do always strive to provide excellent service and it is disappointing to hear that this was not your experience.
From checking your click and collect order we can see that it was cancelled due to a stock error. A full refund was issued for the order on the 10th of June. Due to checks carried out by the banking system refunds can take 3-5 working days to arrive. Please accept my apologies that you were not accurately informed of this timeframe. The refund should now be visible in your account.
