We are sorry to hear that you have not yet received your membership card. These can take up to 15 working days to arrive.
Please note the membership can be used without the physical membership card, you need to log in on the website using the email address linked to the membership, the members price will then automatically apply at the check out.
If you are wanting to use the membership in-store, this can also be completed without the physical card, if you provide the email address that is linked to the membership to the member of staff at the till they can then apply this to the transaction.
The store can also issue a replacement card for you if your original one is still outstanding.

No email received confirming delivered for click and collect. Went to shop to check and collected one of two items when other had also apparently been delivered! System improvement badly needed.

Nick was friendly from the off, listened as I explained what I required, and gave the pros and cons of everything from the cheapest to the most expensive. As a bloke we don’t do shopping, but this was an enjoyable experience, thank you all.

Hiking boots
I went in to buy a pair of hiking boots to climb Kilimanjaro in, Cheryl and another member of the team really helped me choose the best fit for both my feet and the activity, she took lots of time to make sure they were perfect and gave such great advice for both socks and boots! These boots were much better than previous pair (bought elsewhere) and really made the hike so much easier, finally having a pair of boots that fit me well and were comfortable! I really appreciate the effort and time taken to help get me organised and ready for my big adventure!
