Shopping for footwear is never easy when you have wide feet and a high instep, but Darc from High Wycombe took all my requirements into account and found the best option for me in no time at all. Great service!

I visited the Go Outdoors Express store in High Wycombe with my family yesterday (18th July) as we prepare for our very first family camping trip, and we had a fantastic experience.

Adam and Sue were absolutely brilliant. They were friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the different tents, camping equipment, and all the essentials we would need. They also shared valuable practical tips and things to consider as first-time campers, which made us feel much more confident about our choices.

Their honest advice, professionalism, and willingness to help made our shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. It's clear they have a wealth of knowledge and genuinely care about helping customers find the right products rather than simply making a sale.

I would highly recommend Adam and Sue to anyone looking for expert advice on camping equipment. If you're planning a camping trip, Go Outdoors is definitely the place to visit. Thank you both for making our first camping shopping experience such a positive one!

Wanted to arrange click and collect after finding products on line, but not very obvious how to achieve. Eventually found, ordered and paid. Only then discovered products would not be ready for collection for 4 hours! (Should share timeline before paying)
Called the store directly (which is rare these days to be able to get through) and spoke to very helpful assistant. He stated that if I visited after just 2 hours he would do everything to expedite the order.
On arriving at the store, two other assistants were extremely helpful and brought products within 5 minutes. Very good customer service and polite and engaging staff. (If the on-line process was more obvious, the whole experience would have been excellent)

Lovely and pleasant member of staff called Darc who went above and beyond to help us out. Would definitely recommend store for comprehensive selection of items for camping even though it’s a relatively small shop, got everything I needed at a really good and competitive price for most things. Ordered a double sided pan online to collect in store. Unfortunately the pan was damaged but easily returned to store and refund arranged. Reordered and pan was perfect. Good service and helpful staff in store
