The usual five star service
The usual five star service from the Hathersage Staff. Knowledgable and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Plenty of choice for what we wanted and no pressure to buy anything

Charlene at Hathersage Go Outdoors was v helpful and patient. I got a great pair of waterproof over trousers which saved me from getting soaked as I went up Grindslow Knoll. And I couldn’t believe how reasonably priced they were with the discount card plus National trust membership. Thank you, Charlie.

Coat price match, 10/10
Came to the area and had forgotten my waterproof jacket. Had already ordered one from a rival company which hadn’t turned up. The staff here not only matched the price but beat it! I got the jacket I wanted there and then, at a better price. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was very happy with the customer service and presentation of the store. The two staff members who served me are deserving of recognition.

I am replying to go outdoors reviews team ref 6724 I couldn’t find the reply site as there was that many. As regards my Salomon shoes that failed I will take them to the shoe repair shop,I thought go outdoors could have given me a discount on my next pair,never mind there is other out door shops to shop at.
