Popped in for a fleece and came out with a fleece, two trousers, a gilet and drinks bottle. Abi was very helpful.

Abi on the till was very helpful and friendly.

Jamie who helped my daughter choose some walking boots was so helpful. He made sure they were a good fit and has lots of knowledge. He was really kind. Jas who served us at the till was friendly. The store was clean and tidy. Thank you for a lovely experience. Great customer service

I bought a 'cat' top in the Harlow store. It's warm, comfortable with £30 off. So I went back and bought another one.

I went to return a Berghaus jacket that had a broken zip. The assistant Tamzin dealt with my problem quickly and efficiently
Despite not having a similar jacket to exchange, I selected an alternative and Tamzin applied my D of E discount. Very pleased with the way she dealt with me.

Amazing service from Paul at the Harlow branch, nothing was too much trouble. Paul went out of his way to make sure we had the right bikes and helped with accessories. Also serviced our older bikes as well. The staff in store are all friendly and helpful. Tamzin was a great help with advice and purchasing. Highly recommend 5* services

Really useful shop with knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Doing a bit of winter prepping I wanted a sleeping bag just to keep in the car in case of winter breakdowns and a reasonably priced little camping stove to keep outside at home in case of power cuts so we can boil some water or heat food. Jamie was really helpful advising on both. We weren't the biggest spenders but were made to feel valued and came away feeling that what we bought would be perfect for our needs. Thank you!

Good service and checkout staff today. Maddie at the checkout this morning was calm, welcoming and helpful despite a queue behind us and a lot of tags and hangers to remove. We like the wearable outdoor clothing.

Had my Giant Trance Advanced Pro 29 mountain bike serviced and also bought my boys two Calibre Rake bikes from the Harlow store. Paul in the bike department was great - proper old school customer service and exceptionally knowledgeable. He’s an asset to the company! The Calibre’s were a bit of a bargain for the spec and my Giant was very well looked after!

I went to the Harlow store today. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

I was helped by Jamie. I needed advice about insoles for trekking boots, and had to pick up some random bits like camping pillow, water bottle and wicking clothes. Hr was really patient and gave great advice.

Buyers beware. Dear GO Outdoors Support Team,
I am writing yet again regarding a faulty item I purchased from you, which I now need to return. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, I am legally entitled to a full refund without incurring any financial loss, which includes the cost of returning a defective product.
Went to Harlow store and bought a pair of Whitaker jodhpurs. The metal stud fell off the front clip and the zipper was stiff and I did not feel it would last. Not easy to try to return on line working out what numbers to put in so I contacted customer service today sent a photo of the problem and was told by Deepika I must return to the store as the company is "not set up to provide prepaid labels postal labels for store purchases". I live 14 miles away. So I should pay the petrol to return their faulty goods. Last reply from Deepika he emails about JD Sports. Looks like no formal complaints service at Go Outdoors and Deepika is adamant they will not pay for the turn. Will have to dispute with my credit card company. Today 29th September received 5 requests to review the company which I did.

Thank you Maddie for helping me sift through a load of shoes. Your help finding what I wanted made things a lot easier.

The amazing professional service I received from Warren was second to none. He was so helpful and nothing was too much for him. Warren is an absolute credit to Go Outdoors and an example of true first class customer service.
