I came in on behalf of the company I work for, supporting a homeless individual, I was shown so much compassion from the beginning. Heather was incredible in guiding me, supporting me and getting my signed up as a member. Great service.

I forgotmy membership card so I phoned up the store and spoke to a very polite woman called Heather she checked my details and told me to come down and she would help me out. I arrived at the store and Heather come over straight away and asked could she help an she helped me out so much. Heather found the 2 rucksacks the 4 camping mats and the cooker I needed, within minutes I was in and out. Heather was incredibly polite and helpful she deserves 10 stars not 5 thank you Heather.

Absolutely brilliant service by the staff at Grimsby Go Outdoors. We both needed walking shoes for fishing and walking the dog etc. A very friendly reception from the staff.
Jamie attended to my husband and Rachel helped me with my fitting. They went to great efforts to find the best shoes at a decent price. As I am disabled, and have puffy feet. Rachel was very knowledgable about what pair would be good for me and took time to check if they were comfortable. Heather, the manager was very helpful and said we could return them (unmarked) for a refund within 28 days if we were not happy.
Nothing was too much trouble and we felt valued as a customer.
This is service at the top end and more stores should adopt this. We used to get this sort of attention years ago but it is now few and far between.

What a wonder experience I had at the go outdoors in grimsby on Saturday. I was served by an amazing woman called Rachel. Who had a wealth of knowledge about camping(she is an avid camper her self). Rachel and the other staff were friendly extremely helpful and not pushy. It was a one on one experience even though their were other customers in the shop Rachel focused on my needs until we were finish. This is very rare to find nowadays. Nothing was to much trouble for them and Rachel gave me a shed load of advice regarding suitable campsites. Our daughter is disabled and Rachels advice was brilliant. We will definitely go back and buy our camping gear from this shop. I'll make sure its a Saturday though as I was informed Rachel is the oldest Saturday girl in the shopping center 😀 fab service and fab experience.

Faye was excellent gave us plenty of help and was great advising on hiking boots for my kids. Would recommend

We visited the store and Carol spent over an hour with us helping us purchase everything needed for my son’s world challenge. She knew her stuff and helped us massively explaining each item and nothing was any trouble. I’ve run a business for 20 years and employ staff in a customer service role so my expectations are high and Carol exceeded them. Go Outdoors, you have a little gem of Carol as she was exceptional. Needless to say all items purchased so very happy! Don’t shop online, go speak to real people like Carol who knows her stuff and get quality products.
