Paul was very knowledgeable and so helpful to my son when we visited to buy fishing rods and equipment today. Thank you !!

Paul in angling sales is just superb,he's very knowledgeable and always wants to help,however the angling stock was very poor I went online and made a list of nearly £250 of Angling products only to be very disappointed as nothing was in stock..
2 years ago it was 100% better with fresh and frozen bait wich made me come in 3-4 times a week and always spent good dollerI just dont get why you did this...

Paul was so helpful with his knowledge about fishing and helped me buy my fist start up set of fishing gear! Can’t rate him enough

Was greeted by team members on my way in and around the store as I browsed. Larry on footwear was great as that was the main reason for my visit. Larry has very good knowledge and talked in depth about the features off the footwear I was looking at.

On Saturday we took our son to Go Outdoors to look at walking boots. We were quickly helped by Larry who was professional and friendly. He gave us really good advice and informed us of some good offers available.
Whilst trying the boots on the area became busy with other customers. Beteeen Larry and Harry all customer received a good service from what we observed. My son was really happy with his walking boots. My husband was also impressed and ended up buying himself a pair too!

My son and I came in to buy walking boots. Iain looked after us brilliantly. He knew his stuff, recommended some excellent boots that were appropriate for a growing teen, and did it all with a sense of humour. The other staff around the store were all super helpful, too. Top customer service.

We went into Exeters Go Outdoors to buy the kit list for my daughters D of E.
Lewis came along whilst we were looking at the boots and ended up helping us with the whole kit list, he was very helpful and gave us different price options along the way. He also told us about a 10% discount available because it was for the D of E.

We went in to buy a new tent. We asked a member of staff for help. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. It made it easier to purchase what we wanted. And we got a good deal. Thank you.

Staff were excellent, most accommodating to this customer. I foolishly, (Did my homework after purchase, not before - twit), purchased two gas cylinders subsequently found to be the wrong type. I did not expect to be able to exchange them, expecting a ban on full cylinders, there being no proof of non-use. However, Larry on the phone spoke to manager Harry who agreed the exchange despite it being, 'Irregular'. Returning to the store for the exchange I was assisted by Cody who lifted all four heavy cylinders for me and organised the whole exchange. The young man at the till also most efficient though I didn't get his name.
Excellent service on both visits.

I was looking for new hiking boots and didn't know where to start, given my last pair lasted15 years. Larry brought at about 8 pairs for me to try. Let me take my time trying them on but was there when I needed to ask a question. Great service.

Excellent customer service from the team. Sam T helped me pick a pair of climbing shoes that would suit me. He was very knowledgable and helpful.

Went in for fishing bait, started chatting with Paul, lovely bloke and very helpful, good knowledge and more than happy to help us.
