Brilliant visit today. Such a friendly and helpful customer service. The lads Duncan and Paul were really helpful, they processed a couple of online returns and then gave some good advice on a few branded items which I purchased.

Had some brilliant advice from Adam
Had some brilliant advice from a chap called Adam. Young but so knowledgeable. I needed advice on all aspects of DofE kit. I had a list but needed help with it all. He explained all the difference socks, why they're different prices etc. We talked dry bags. Also great help on pumped up mats. He'd bought one and it wasn't really full size. We discussed that and he got me to buy a bigger one. More expensive but exactly what I needed and therefore wanted.
