Depth of knowledge & enthusiast service
We went to sort all the equipment our son needs for a 4 week hiking trip to Peru, we had a list of stuff needed but no idea where to begin, luckily Chris & Colin helped us out kitting him with everything he will need from socks to rucksacks, boots to headtorch. Thankyou for the advice.

Drive Away Awning
Having had some issues with a drive away awning, we were struggling as we kept getting told that replacement parts were unavailable. I spoke to Chris and found him very helpful, even persistent in his efforts to resolve the situation which I'm pleased to say is now sorted.

Paige was so helpful
Paige was so helpful, we were looking at getting a tent for my daughter and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received

Staff not songood
Staff at store to busy chatting in their own group. Ignoring service requests. Eventually when they did help after getting there attention. It was as though I was interrupting there social gathering .Instead of helping. Very reluctant to help customers

Great customer service by John
As soon as we walked in store we were greeted by John. He was very helpful, taking our items to the till point for us whilst we continued to browse the store. We both left saying it was the best customer service we had received from a store in a long time!
