Great store, sadly they didn’t stock the item i wanted, the staff were helpful once we eventually found someone.Ended up buying from a different retailer online which i don’t particularly like as i prefer to try on before buying.

Dan was absolutely brilliant, provided great advice and took the time to discuss options

Went looking for two items.
1) walking trainers - good choice of options; really informative advice from Ed, who sought out other sizes and options, was brilliantly pleasant and not at all pushy. Good price for what I bought too.
2) nose weight gauge - found exactly what I wanted, where I expected it to be. No hassle!

When visiting your store I was interesting in learning what shoes would help my trail running be more comfortable. I was kindly greeted by an extremely helpfully employee called milly. She identified what shoes would be best for me. She was extremely helpful and well mannered. She made my shopping experience very easy.

Great service from Sarah. She was patient and professional whilst conducting a refund which wasn't straightforward and then provided prompt and courteous service. Our dog now loves her too! Great products at competitive prices and friendly staff, visit the Coventry Go Outdoors store; you will not be disappointed.

The store was clean and tidy with all products for sale well presented and labelled. I was served very quickly by Ed who explained that I could renew my physical discount card in store, rather than have a digital version as offered online. Ed was knowledgable and charming, giving an excellent service that gave you an incentive to visit the store again soon

Although it was the evening and the store was quiet, the staff were very joined up and helpful. Excellent service

We had a great experience at Go Outdoors Coventry. Even though it was the sales season, the shop was well organised. We were looking for a pair of hiking boots, and Milly was extremely patient and helpful, guiding us through the options and helping me find a brand and pair that fit my slightly wider feet perfectly. Thank you!

Visited Fishing Department, COVENTRY
Was helped by ISAAC, who advised and helped me, with the purchase of Fishing Rods.
ISAAC is very knowledgeable young man, Very polite, Friendly and easy to talk to, he is also very into Fishing himself.
ISAAC is a real asset to the team at Go Outdoors, Coventry Branch....

Great staff, Millie helped us find the right boots and there was a big selection.

Needed a replacement pair of boots because the ones I’d bought in September were faulty. Ordered Berghaus for collection. They were waiting for me and no quibbles about a refund on production of receipt for the faulty pair. Excellent service from all staff I dealt with and will definitely go back.

Please can someone answer the phones. Rang more than 3 times this morning after a product - no answer. Drove 40 mins to where we got there and the item was not in stock. Loads of staff on shop floor
