Went into the store today to buy some camping gear including a tent, met Morgan outside and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with, very informative, guided me through the whole process and could not have been more helpful. It’s rare to find someone young, helpful and enthusiastic these days so massive thanks Morgan, hope the management realise how luck they are to have you!

Morgan took the time to properly understand what I needed, knew the products inside out and helped me find the perfect pair of boots without any pressure whatsoever. Brilliant staff, Anthony, I bought an e-bike from Go Outdoors…
Bought an e-bike from Go Outdoors Cardiff. Anthony talked me and my husband through everything on the bike and showed me how to work the gears and levels. He was very patient and knowledgeable and it was his salesmanship that sold me the bike. Can't wait to call back and pick it up once it's been checked over.

It said on the website and shop app all was deliver to Cardiff ready for collection
I made the trip and only half was there with no explanation was just told that it would take 48hrs for customer services to find out what’s happened very poor service and now I’ve got to make the trip again adding to costs

Brilliant DofE prep session!
Go Outdoors is a partner organisation of Girlguiding. We organised a session for our Rangers to prepare them for DofE - with a particular focus on kit - what to bring, how to pack, what to wear etc. Ffion organised & led our session & she was absolutely BRILLIANT! Her communication style was really easy & she held the attention of the Rangers for 1 1/2 hours, arranging an activity for them at the end too. Diolch Ffion!

Excellent customer service
Myself and my brother came to go outdoors for some carp fishing equipment and wasn’t quite sure what we need to start out with but FairPlay to Joe he gave superb advice with what we needed to start out with and even took some time out of his day to show up how to put some line onto a new reel as neither of us had done it before. Joe went above and beyond with his customer service he’s a genuine credit to go outdoors Cardiff.
