Excellent customer service from Mariam
Mariam was really very helpful and knowledgeable when I was selecting a pair of approach shoes. She took the time to explain the structure of the shoes and gave me lots of pairs to try until I found the right ones. Excellent customer service.

Excellent service by Mariam at Go Outdoors
We received excellent service by Mariam, who patiently got me several pairs of shoes to try on, explained my options in terms of colourway and sizing, and was quick, caring and professional while also giving me the time and space I needed to decide which shoes I wanted. She is a credit to the store, I am a very happy customer (also I had just had a very negative customer service experience in another shop, so being treated with care and respect was all the more valuable).

Mariam has helped us get shoes and was a breath of fresh air. We must have tried 10 pairs and she was helping other customers as well and she was on it. Super helpful, super friendly. I walked in to buy 1 paid and walked out with 3 pairs. Thank you

Mariam provided excellent customer service. She was very personable, patient, calm when needing to serve multiple customers at the same time. An asset to the company. My friend and I bought four pairs of walking boots because of her very amenable approach and excellent product knowledge.

Poor customer service
After failing to remove a radio frequency anti-theft tag from my in-store purchase, Go-Outdoors expected me to drive 30 mile round trip (1 hr of my time) back to my nearest store in order to rectify their mistake. They refused to rectify the mistake remotely or to compensate me for the inconvenience of having to return to their store. Such poor customer service is very disappointing. I expected more from Go-Outdoors.

I went to this store to purchase cadac…
I went to this store to purchase cadac cookware set. 2 off stock was showing on the website. I couldn't find them on the shop. So I asked the till staff all three are its probably out of stock. So I asked Lucy who was on the shop floor , she went out of her way to check in the warehouse and find the set I was after. Fair play for effort where others couldn't be bothered
