Excellent staff
This small local shop in blackpool with the same two male and female staff every Saturday is brilliant. Friendly, very helpful staff go the extra mile to give you an informed pleasant shopping experience. Popping upstairs to bring me what I needed. Bravo. Keep up the fabulous customer service. I'll keep shopping there.

My local store
I have visited my local store many times and I find the quality of items I have bought to be of excellent quality and value for money. The staff are very polite, very friendly and most of all very knowledgeable. Keep up the good work.

Hiking equipment purchase
I purchased a pair of hiking boots on Saturday and I returned to the store today to purchase socks a backpack and waterproof treatment for my boots.
Both members of staff provided excellent advice and were extremely helpful and knowledgable.

I went in today to take back some boots…
I went in today to take back some boots I bought my daughter for Christmas ,long story short online purchase but Matt was fantastic and even had a pair in stock for me to exchange it with both he and Courtney were happy to help me and made it so easy for me as this was online purchase . Helpful and friendly store staff
Having had problems with Customer Services regarding an order, I contacted the Blackpool store by phone. Courtney was most helpful and apologetic and tried to resolve my issue.
Upon collection of my item in store, Ellie was equally helpful and as the storage bag was slightly damaged, offered a good discount.
However, Customer Services rather inefficient.
