Excellent and Knowledgeable Service
the two store assistants were knowledgeable, helpful and full of enthusiasm for the store and products. I actually came in to only browse, but the initial sales assistant (I think his name was ed) was so good that i converted the browse into a purchase. I can't remember the name of the lady on the till, but she was also a really good ambassador for the store.

Great store
We had an excellent experience at this go outdoors. Although it may look small it has an underground floor and the size does not matter because it is so efficient. When we were looking for walking boots Alan (the customer assistant) was helpful in finding the boots from the stores and kept us company whilst trying them on. Alan also gave us advice to on how to keep the boots nice (waterproofing and cleaning).
All in all it was a great and efficient store.
