Excellent customer service every time I visit GO Outdoors. All the staff are friendly and approachable, but I especially wanted to mention Nabeil, who is always incredibly helpful whenever I come into store. He always takes the time to help properly, gives honest advice, and never makes you feel rushed. It really makes a difference having someone so knowledgeable and welcoming. A real credit to the team — thank you!

Had an issue with an order, both Mandy and Jo were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The issue was sorted quickly and efficiently. I was very grateful.

Everyone I spoke to was really friendly and helpful - especially Mandy, Paul & Jo.

The original order was partially unsuccessful due to the OEX Jackal III was out of stock and due to an automated process was going to refund the items. I contacted the sales team who rectified the order by supplying the new OEX Jackal III V3 which 2nd Holyhead Scout Group are very happy about as they can fulfil their camping program. The Go Outdoors staff in Bangor have been amazing and very supportive in dealing with receiving the order and have reached out to the group and invited the sections to planned evenings of interest.

Purchased walking boots for &140:00 good advice and 10/10 service from Nabeil on a Sunday morning …..a very well done from me

A Lady named Beth who served me in the Bangor north wales store was extremely helpful, the website wasn’t recognising my membership online again, many thanks to Beth, she’s a five star Lady .

Puck, the young member of staff who helped me was exceptional. He was polite, knowledgeable, willing to listen, answer questions, share good advice. Unfortunately, the walking shoe I decided on was not in stock in my size. Puck spent a long time locating a pair in another branch for me! Absolutely first class service. Give the man a raise!

The man serving me (Nabeil) was really nice and it was an easy process using the Evri drop off service

All staff are always kind and welcoming, been in today and Nabiel was lovely and helpful.

I dont know if it was the manager but whoever served us today was absolutely atrocious in their manner. He made us feel right uncomfortable and wouldn't take no for an answer. Won't go back there again. But I suggest binning that man and ive seen other reviews about a nasty abusive man there so its likely the same one

Purchased some trail shoes here I was served by Nabeil who who was polite and helpful. I have not awarded five stars as they did not have half sizes available so had to go half size up

I visited the store to purchase new shoes. I was approached by a lovely member of staff, Nabiel, who offered to get any sizes of shoes I was looking at. He was very quick with getting sizes and different shoes, and friendly to speak to. I really appreciated Nabiel's help ⭐️

Went in to collect boots from click and collect parcel as well as look for additional socks. Was grateful to be served by Nabeil who was friendly and attentive. Thanks Nabeil

I love the products that I get at Go Outdoors, the friendly staff and the good value for money. What I don't like is the fact that the only place to lock a bicycle is the shopping trolley storage. I worry that my bicycle will get damaged by trolleys. Other people who come by bicycle have the same problem. It seems odd that an outdoor shop next to a fitness centre has not decided that some people may come by bicycle and that they need a safe place to park their bicycles. I keep giving this feedback but so far nothing has changed.

Went in store looking for a particular pair of trousers, however size not in stock. Went to online account but this was not pulling through the discount. Spoke to Manon, sales advisor who contacted head office and resolved the issue. She also contacted other local stores to track down required size. Alm in all Alm a great experience and Manon went over and above what one would have expected. Many thanks
