I’ve been trying to register to volunteer for 10 months. Nothing but technical issues costing hours and hours of my labour. It’s also disability discrimination as the tech issues make it inaccessible.

I downloaded the app - awaited eagerly to do a "shift" I was waiting a couple of hours for calls. When I eventually got a call I accepted - but then nothing, not details to phone the requester back.
I called the "tech help" who advised to delete and re add, this I did several times but no change.
I finally gave up as I couldn't help anyone!!!

I downloaded this to join the UK's Covid-19 response. I've had nothing but technical issues with it and there is no technical support available that I can find. A real pity.
