The best wine subscription I’ve ever had

I just joined Good Pair Days via an existing member, who willingly shared the incredible global wines she received. I found the online experience of joining easy and enjoyable, particularly completing the survey because it really made me think about my sense of taste and smell. Make sure your friend's code is put in when joining. I opted for 3-wines a month, and received my box promptly including a gift, which was a small esky with a cheese board as a lid, two-wine tumblers, and a wine chiller bottle. I also love the detail pairing pamphlets that come with each wine. While I gave away my first box to a friend who just bought a house, I am looking forward to my second box, and at time of writing, Australia post notified me that the product was being packed in readiness to be delivered and tracked. So, I am looking forward to my second box, which I'll keep this time! My goal is to continue to learn about wines, and Good Pair Days makes that easy for me. Plus, reviewing each bottle, where points can be earned and used for other merchandise, is another great way to learn too. Well done Good Pair Days.

I’ve never really been a big wine fanatic, but I am so so glad I decided to give Good Pair Days a go. The delivery is super quick and easy, the info cards that come with each wine are so fascinating, and I LOVE learning so much about all things wine in their little courses. To top it off, the rewards you can get with points are so unique and fun, I get a major dopamine hit just surfing through the app

Lovely wines available. Great freebies and clear communication

I’ve not really enjoyed the wines so far but I am quite fussy about wine. I took a Spanish white to Sunday lunch yesterday from my welcome box and it was not very nice. The others agreed that it tasted a bit tainted, like corked used to taste although it was a screw top!
I’ve had 2 reds so far and they were ok but did not taste like £10 bottles. I know I could spend more per bottle but I’m not confident it will be worth the extra

This is genuinely a great service.

Customer service is top notch and completely on it even though it’s through email. If I email during the working day, I can almost guarantee a reply within the hour. They are genuinely helpful and you don’t need to chase for anything - I wanted a box delayed as I was moving home, and the box couldn’t be delayed at that time but the customer service assistant (Sharon) made a note, did it a week later without a prompt, and emailed me to say it had been done.

I also wanted to note that the wine I received has been of a good quality. As it normally goes with expanding tastebuds, there will be things you don’t like; I rated a wine a one on the app, and received a message from customer service offering me a free bottle in my next order - again, there was nothing wrong with the wine it just wasn’t necessarily to my taste.

Great company overall, and definitely keeping my wine rack stocked!

Have only been using this for a few months but so far so good. We are really pleased with how simple and affordable the process is and can’t wait for more months suggestions! The free picnic box and tumblers we got when we signed up is also amazing and great quality! Have already recommended this to friends and family to try themselves
