Very bad customer service. Recently bought a new build house where they have fitted two wardrobes with sliding doors. One wardrobe the doors align no matter the orientation of the doors. The other wardrobe the doors have to be a certain orientation to align flush with wall. They refuse to come out and say this is how it should be. Regardless I would like the doors to align regardless of orientation. I would not recommend them fitting any wardrobes. Very poor service.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the Gooding Group and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the initial contact to the installation, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely impressive.

On initial contact I informed Chris that I had recently had a very bad experience with another company who installed some wardrobe doors. The experience was very stressful, and the workmanship was unacceptable. This resulted in them removing the wardrobe doors. Chris was very sympathetic and assured me that Gooding Group would be able to help me. Just a few weeks later my new wardrode is installed and I cannot express how happy I am with it. They have done exactly what I wanted, and they even went to the effort of making bespoke doors for me; what a company.

A special shout-out to Alan, their surveyor, who was very attentive and accommodating and really took the time to find out what my vision was. And also, to Nigel, the fitter, whose craftsmanship and attention to detail were second to none — a true professional who takes pride in his work.

It’s rare to find a team that combines expertise, efficiency, and friendliness so effortlessly. Thank you, Gooding Group, for making the process so smooth and enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use your services again or recommend you to others.

TOTALLY SHOCKING AFTER SALES SERVICE. WARDROBES NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE AS ALL DOORS FAULTY WITHIN 3 YEARS. HAVING INSPECTED AND RECOGNISED THE FAULTS THE COMPANY STATED THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE THEM AS THEY WERE OUT OF WARRANTY. WE ARE NOW LEFT WITH TWO BEDROOMS THAT ARE RUINED BY THE SHODDY QUALITY OF THE WARDROBE DOORS THAT ARE ALL PEELING

When we had an issue with worn fittings on our sliding wardrobes Harley was very efficient and helpful in providing us with the relevant parts. If only all companies were so helpful - it was a pleasure to deal with this company.

We had wardrobes fitted by Goodings as part of the completion of our New House through Persimmons, as we wanted it finished before we moved in. Before the 2 year warranty period ended we were having problems with the doors pulling each other. Dana Hilton sent out a do it yourself maintenance sheet, which is useful when this job was completed. Persimmon Customer Care chased for 4 months to get a fitter out. Eventually a fitter said they would be here between 11am and 2pm, we were given the name of the fitter. The named fitter failed to show by 2pm instead a really good fitter turned up at 2.50pm. He had a look and showed us what was wrong, took 10 mins to fix. Thank you for this, your work and help was much appreciated. You are a credit to yourself and the company. Other than this fitter, the aftercare is a waste of time. It would help if you tried explaining what is happening instead of a lack of communication.

We had wardrobes fitted almost 7 years ago. The wardrobes are amazing, sturdy and look great! Recently, my husband caused some damage to one of the panels and the after sales care is incredible, even after all of this time!
We will definitely use them in future homes! Special mention to Harlea Spencer who's communication and after care was outstanding!

Well what can I say other than I’m over the moon with all three fitted wardrobes. The customer service from start to finish was outstanding. I asked lots of questions, responses were quick. The quality is amazing and the delivery/fitting was quick. Price is super competitive. Over all can’t recommend this company enough. Harlea thank you for you patience, I know I changed my mind more than once 😁

Goodings are brilliant - so professional, exceptionally quick replies and our wardrobes look perfect, so pleased with them. We would definately recommend to anyone looking for fitted wardrobes, you won’t be disappointed!

Jon Nutall attended the appointment on time communicating before hand on a specific eta. Without even asking Jon removed his work boots (we have recently had new carpet laid). He was extremely thorough with the job, paid close attention to what needed repairing / replacing and carried out the job in a professional manner. Jon made sure I was happy with the work before he left and I felt assured and confident with his work. Thank you Jon.

We reported a fault 7 weeks ago. Booked in twice to attend and didn’t show up. Then the part got delivered. 3 weeks later they email to arrange delivery of the part they’ve already delivered! Completely unreliable and poor communication.

I am a returning customer from 2009. At the time I had mirrored wardrobe doors fitted in my then new build.
I decided I wanted to change them for something more practical.
The whole process was very easy from start to finish and the service I received from Harlea, Danny the fitter and the guys who took my old doors away was excellent.
I can thoroughly recommend this company.

Third wardrobe I have had from The Goodings Group. Very happy with all three and impressed with the customer service as well as the standard of the fitting from the install teams.
Would definitely recommend to others.

AVOID GOODINGS. WE GOT OUR WARDROBES FITTED VIA THEM, FEW ISSUES AND WE ARE STILL GOING BACKWARD AND FORWARDS WITH THIS COMPANY. TEAM IS RUDE AND WILL NOT LET YOU SPEAK, THEY WILL TALK OVER SO YOU CAN NEVER GET YOUR POINT ACROSS.
