Unable to reach anyone EVER. None of their customer support phone numbers work!

Their data service never worked right. Even though it's cheap, I guess you get what you pay for. Canceling is next to impossible also. Have tried to do it 20+ times so far. Go with a different company and save yourself the frustration

If you forget your password, good luck getting into your account. Security is absurd. I couldn't login even after going through the hassle of providing them with loads of personal information, including bank statement, despite a different representative saying I would be able to login. So how can I login to my account? Don't worry they'll delete it and you have to make a new one. Then technical issues on the site making it impossible for me to make a new account, now I have to wait days to try to make an account. It's like they want you to have a frustrating experience so that you go somewhere else.

This is not even mentioning the absurd pricing. Seriously go elsewhere, it will be cheaper and less stupid.

Since Petro-Canada Mobility changed to Good2Go, existing plan's service is changed. No more mobile data available in Pay as you go. I need to change to other mobile phone service provider.

Their service is horrible but their customer service is incredibly horrible.

Run from this like the plague because high blood pressure and medical bills due to the stress of dealing with this scamming outfit is definitely not worth the little bit of supposed savings.

Time, also, is something ya can’t ever get back…

The tume WASTED on the phone / online trying to resolve issues with these asswipes is simply unacceptable.

I hope they go bankrupt and to jail for fraud because that’s exactly what it is; intentional FRAUD!

I recently tried to find out how to cancel an account in the case of an account holders death. Spoke with an obscenely rude person on the customer service line who told me that they get to keep the over $250 credit on the account and when I politely asked how to escalate the issue I was told there is no issue it's just how it is. Avoid at all costs!

Tried to port my number with PetroCan to another service. Good 2Go advised it would take 24 hours. Three days later I’m still waiting. Tried to call them, but the recording just says they have too many waiting calls and they hang up. So I guess I’m just going to get a new number. Stay away from these guys!

Customer service is missing. Not sure what network your phone is using. Request att and they send T-Mobile. Waiting weeks at a time for a sim card replacement only to be the wrong network!

I canceled my phone number/account online prior to renewal date and it took 6 days and 4 phone calls for them to actually cancel. Call center employees provided no followup whatsoever until I repeatedly called. Avoid this company at all costs - there are much better MVNOs like Tello, which I've used.

These primitive people couldn't process my credit card nine months ago after years with PetroCan and I had to go elsewhere (ShoutOut at Seven Eleven).

But today, after nine months they couldn't processed the credit card charges and the account cancelled, they processed the charges.

Very crude and untrustworthy people - beware!

I use this, its simple, it works, no contract. Usage can be a bit expensive, but is fanststic for a child phone for emergencies.

C'est de l'arnaque mobiles de 1 les forfaits sont très chers. Deuxièmement j'avais mon compte et mon numéro prépayée depuis plus de 8 ans on a fermé mon compte sans préavis sois disant qu'un paiement à été retourné et on me dis qu'il n'y a aucun moyen de débloquer mon compte que je dois acheter une nouvelle carte sim you bet que j'ai été ailleurs !!!🤣🤣🤣 j'ai toujours payé avec des cartes prépayée... on a interrompus mon service 11 jours avant la fin d'un service que j'avais payé !!!! Le service à la clientèle est pourri on tombe sur des tata qui ne savent même pas de quoi ils parlent. Très déçu de mon expérience ! Si j'avais pu j'aurais mis 0 étoiles ! Une belle bande d'arnaqueur. Je suis passé à lucky mobile et je le recommande x 1000

Worst service ever. Rep - John is good for nothing guy who is not only rude but has no idea about the customer service. I regret buying the prepaid plan and will try to get out of this service as soon as possible.

I was on the Petro Canada plan for a number of years and never had an issue. Then in the span of 4 months, I have been charged the equivalent of one year's billing. In the last 24 hours, I was charged for what would normally be 6 months because I used the phone for 40 minutes over two phone calls according to the support agent. The plan that I was on for Petro Canada is now charging 40 cents per minute for local calls. I was never informed of any rate change and only found out when I started getting ridiculous topup charges. They could not even reimburse my remaining balance for today's topup as a good faith gesture. All in all a very disreputable provider. They could have even notified me that I was not on optimum plan for my usage but they never did so. Best to avoid such a businesse.

Fraud business plan promotion. I planned to order a 1GB plan for $5/month. Logically speaking, it would only be $60 a year. But when it came to checkout, it showed that I still had to pay extra $68 in taxes and fees, which was more than the phone plan itself! Ridiculous to the extreme! This is complete fraud! I haven't seen any other company that the tax charges more than the phone bills! ! !

I've had no trouble at all with good2go mobile. I got the 1G plan
And everything works great with AT&T.

I believe they disabled your SMS capabilities on the weekends due to busiest timeframe. All the SMS will start to load at around Sunday's night or Monday (so you might get ~100-500 messages at the same timestamp)

Exactly what other reviews say. They over charge you when you prepay for the month instead of applying the amount to your monthly payment. Chargers “may” apply but they don’t tell you when or warn you. You end up paying ridiculous amounts. The “in your control” advertising is false advertising.
