Thanks to the many Gold’s Gyms I have visited in the US while travelling. Always an awesome experience especially in Austin. Thanks Andrew Wilson for helping us at reception - a very polite set of people in Austin & fab equipment and aircon. Right on 6th street.

Best gym helpful staff and a lot of facilities and fun

I went to the Harrow gym to speak to the staff about becoming a member. I wanted to join the gym knowing that I could cancel at any time. The staff member I spoke to told me I could cancel at any time. So I joined. I decided a few weeks later that it wasn't working for me and asked to cancel. They said I cannot cancel. I have been paying membership for 8 months now and they will not let me cancel even though I'm not using the facilities. I have emailed them several times and they don't care. I would not have joined in the first place if the staff member had told me the truth. I am disgusted. Terrible customer care.

Dagenham gold gym money makers,after cancelation I still have to pay for two months even my year contract was finished allready. Reception stuff was rude,first time then I came to cancel my membership they just say that they don’t have cancelation form I think they said because payment have to be in couple days and in that case they can charge for additional two monts. Bad experience at all.

Gold gym in Hounslow great place to spend my time in it . To improve my health in all facilities I need for good health. Is got nice and clean swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, fitness classes and all gym instruments. The staff nice and polite with good Manger Mr Mahdi .

2 years I'm their customer. Used different brunches. I like that in any city I can use my membership. All brunches are clean, comfortable. Good trainers, professionals.

I've been using Golds Jym for approximately five years. The staff are very pleasant, friendly and supportive with all issues an concerns. I thoroughly enjoy going there and have met some lovely people. I highly recommend it.

Be Very Very Careful as Slippery Tiles around Swimming pool and Swana ....Many people slipped over and Big accident waiting to Happen. I slipped too back still hurts

Also Swimming Pool Cleaning Needs to Improved same Steam and Swana....TC

Although disappointed that Gold's Gym does not yet accept American Express cards, Reiz (the front desk officer) was so personable and friendly in how he communicated that, as well as the
sign-up process, to me that I still went ahead and signed up. He has great great customer communication skills and should be commended (as he did that way more personably than the head office email to me regarding non-availability of American Express). Other staff on site there too are friendly, the Gym has great equipment and the other amenities (heated pool, sauna etc) add great value vs price.

I love to turn up to the classes and to use the facilities at Golds Gym in Hounslow. The staff are helpful and friendly and the instructors provide excellent classes. The swimming pool os a great place to cool down and swim some lengths then you can tale some time to relax in the sauna afterwards which is fabulous.

Amazing gym, highly recommended

I have joined golds gym Hanwell almost a year ago, beside the health benefits with convenient environment, it gave me nice experience with fellow gym friends, the staffs are friendly, the whole package the gym has is fantastic, it has well equipped gym, swimming pool, saunas, steam, jacuzy for both sex’s and a save parking place , I highly recommend anybody to join this gym, because beside all the staffs I mentioned above the monthly price is also very less comparing the service I got, it is almost a £1 a day….

Ask me what went well..nothing went well...Gold's Gym is just spoiling their brand name specially a branch located near Bhumkar chowk, Time Square complex..No ethic..Bad management skills..No skilled trainers...Ahhha! Wait if you take paid trainer then it's ok they will look after you and will guide you only for 2 mont and after a certain time if you do not loose wait, they will give up! So please please do not go through their scam schemes...one of the worst Gym....After every 2 months I'm here to put review for them but they do not improve their things!😡...No Zumba or Aerobic or any Activities been scheduled by them, they take Yoga for only one day per a week...I cannot stop you guys from wasting your money but believe me all the good reviews for this location is fake.

I visited the Harrow branch with my daughter (who has a full membership), we had a great day, the gym facilities were excellent and the jacuzzi was a decent temperature. I am considering taking up a membership here myself!
