Poor customer service
Placed an order which was supposed to be same day despatch, it wasn’t despatched on the day, so I cancelled the order as I knew I was then going to be away when delivery was attempted. I have since contacted Gold Reserves to see if the item is still available to order, I have left two What’s app messages and a voice message yesterday morning but no reply?

Sorry to hear you were unhappy on this occasion. I can't seem to find your order, so I can only assume it was placed under another name.
Please note we do not dispatch on weekends as per our shipping policy in order to avoid leaving items unattended in Royal Mail warehouses over the weekend.
We will always aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day, however I apologise if on this occasion we were unable to meet that expectation.

Thank you Julie-Ann at Llanelli store today. After having had a good price for some old earrings, she asked me if I had anything else… just a small bag of costume jewellery to go the Charity shop I said. She saw a chain which I thought wasn’t gold but it was!! £185 worth. I cannot believe my luck!

Speedy delivery
Ordered a vintage ring and had to have it resized. I couldn't believe how quickly it arrived. Very pleased with service also spoke to two really nice ladies who were very helpful. I highly recommend.
