Very quick and efficient service
Very quick and efficient service. I requested an envelope online which came very quickly. I packaged it off and within 2 days was given a quote which I accepted. The money was in my account the same day. Very happy.

Excelente service, highly recommended
Excelente service provided, and I definitely recommend the company and would use again. Simple and easy to request the gold pack via website, which arrived within 2 days a prepaid and insured envelope. Prepared and sent the envelope back to GoldMonkeys. Within 24h they’ve sent an offer and paid after my acceptance.

Fast delivery of the return envelope… prompt payment (within 2 hours) once I accepted their offer. Plus an added bonus of £10 as I sent it back within 24 hours. Great service and customer service all round.

Excellent communication with Michael from start to finish. He explained everything in detail on an email. The money was paid into my account straight away & was the best offer given from a number of other companies I’d also looked at.
