I recently completed a 6-day Golden Triangle tour (Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur), and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.

A special thanks to Gopal, who organised the entire trip with exceptional attention to detail. He was incredibly responsive over both email and WhatsApp, always replying within the same or next day due to the time-zone differences. He clearly outlined what was included and not included for the tour cost, and was very flexible in customising the itinerary to include the specific sites I wanted to visit. As a solo traveller visiting India for the first time, trust and safety was paramount, and Gopal made me feel completely at ease throughout the planning process.

My driver, Dinesh, was great. He accompanied me throughout the journey, including airport pickup and drop-off, and ensured I was always comfortable and well looked after. During drives, he pointed out interesting spots around the cities, adding an extra layer to the experience.

The guides in each city were equally excellent—knowledgeable, engaging, and thoughtful. They provided deep insights into each location while also offering practical advice, including tips on avoiding common scams or getting the right ticket (multi-pass) for cheaper cost. I especially appreciated how accommodating they were, allowing me to explore at my own pace and take plenty of photos without feeling rushed.

Once the itinerary was finalised, everything ran smoothly. The tour was efficient, well-organised, and completely stress-free— all I needed to know was when I would be picked up in the morning to start the day.

I highly recommend Golden Triangle Tours and their team for an enriching travel experience in India.

Gopal, also checked in regularly to ensure the trip was going well and we were happy. He took us on a food tour that we thoroughly enjoyed!

It would have been great to know what the tipping rates were for drivers and guides (we looked online for luxury tours), and our one guide was not happy at all at the tip we gave him - stood with his hand out waiting for more. Put us in awkward position. Had to leave extra money with the driver to give to him.

Would have also loved to have the figures of the different entrance fees for each site before we went so that we were better prepared (as there is only a set amount you can withdraw at each atm).

Have endless good things to say about my experience. Extremely well planned and executed. No issues or disorganization whatsoever so ever. All of the hotels that were booked for me were very nice and the guides were all knowledgeable. The biggest highlight was my driver, Mr. Chetan Ji. He was such a safe and kind driver. He gave me so many additional facts along the way and showed me actual local delicacies so I could properly experience India. I also felt extremely safe along the way because of him which was really important to me as a solo female traveller. Would definitely recommend.

Our tour was well organised, comfortable vehicle, great driver who stayed with us throughout, nice hotels, great guides and a flexible itinerary. I was delighted that we got to see tigers, leopards and a friendly elephant.

Our driver Deepak was amazing as were the guides particularly Satesh, our guide in Jaipur. All guides were so knowledgeable and all very willing and proactive about taking photos, many of which were amazing. I was concerned about the hotels but all were good and because they were 4 rather than 5 star the food and drink was provided at a very reasonable rate. The hotel in Jaipur was particularly impressive, we never would have found it ourselves. The only down side was the ubiquitous and unexpected shopping trips and a bit more communication in advance would have been handy; nevertheless I would recommend,

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with this travel company for our Golden Triangle trip. From the very beginning, the pre-holiday communication from Gopal, the business owner, was excellent—clear, responsive, and really reassuring when planning from abroad.

Everything throughout the trip ran seamlessly. Our driver was incredibly friendly and professional, the car was always clean and comfortable with great air conditioning (very important in the heat!), and he was consistently punctual—always exactly where we needed him, right on time.

All of the hotels arranged for us were truly 5-star and excellent, exceeding our expectations. The guides in each location were also very knowledgeable and engaging, which really enhanced the experience.

A special mention for how well everything was tailored for our 9-year-old daughter. The team went out of their way to make the trip fun, comfortable, and interesting for her, which made a huge difference to us as a family.

Overall, everyone involved made a real effort to ensure we had the best possible experience, and we came away with wonderful memories. We would highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

We had such a fantastic experience with golden triangle tours and it was the most organised tour that we have ever been on, thanks to Gopal for helping us decide the best tour for our duration . from the moment we arrived at 1am a little nervous, we were met with our driver ashok, who was absolutely fantastic. He made us feel so safe and so welcome in his country and was one of the best drivers we've ever used. We got to explore so much of India and every part of it was more amazing than the last we seen, Monkeys camels rode on elephants and spotted leopards in the wild. It was just the most magical experience. The highlights of our trip was Ashok showing us the best place for masala tea in Agra and the best mango lassie in Jaipur. He really went above and beyond to make our experience so fantastic. We loved the entire trip and had a magical sunrise experience at the Taj Mahal, an eye opening tour of Amber fort and to top it off we visited the kama sutra temples which were absolutely stunning. Our driver Ashok was such a lovely guy and really give us honest answers to what we should expect in each city and it really made us feel at ease as a couple travelling. Can't thank him enough!!!!

Golden Triangle Tours India (as distinct from Golden Triangle Tour India) took care of everything. Car, excellent driver, excellent guides, and Gopal's wife Usha did a wonderful cooking course.
The hotels we stayed in were good. Our driver did an amazing job of guiding us through horrendous traffic, as well as making excellent suggestions of things to see along the way, in addition to what had already been organized. Full marks all round.

I looked at plenty of operators doing the Golden Triangle but Gopal was always the one who would get back to me promptly and was open to changing some of the itinerary he had help us with.
We arrived in Delhi and was met by our driver Gujendra who from the start was a true gentleman and excellent driver, he started as our driver but soon become our friend and was always on time and went above and beyond!
We had great guides in Delhi-Agra and Jaipur which was all arranged by Gopal but a special mention to out guide in Agra who was our own personal photographer and passionate about the area.
We arranged our own hotels and Gujendra would be there in the morning with a smile on his face ready to take us around this magical area.
When we return to explore other places Gopal would be my first call.

Fantastic experience, excellent driver, knowledgeable guides and very well organised.
Even before we arrived in India, Gopal was in contact with us to confirm our arrangements for the tour as well as our transition on and off the tour. It all ran like clockwork yet offered the flexibility to skip or change provided time allowed.
Our driver Mukesh took care of the organisation on the day for pick ups and drop offs, coordinating with guides and finding the very best lunch spots. His driving in the hustled and bustle that is India was absolutely outstanding and we couldn't have wished for a better travel companion. Thank you Mukesh, your constant efforts to make the tour outstanding, deserve recognition, we couldn't have had a better travel companion.
The hotels we had on the Premium option were excellent, especially the traditional Haveli in Jaipur.
The guides that joined at each city were knowledgeable and took care of us to make sure we were safe but also fully experienced each location. I would definitely recommend the tour for the inside knowledge they bring to making stops smooth and effortless, nothing was ever too much trouble.

Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone visiting for the Golden Triangle.

We had a fantastic five-day tour of Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. The organization by Golden Triangle Tours India was perfect. The hotels were also booked in advance by the company, so check-in went smoothly every time. Our driver, Mr. Dev, was always punctual and reliable. Mr. Dev was very friendly and courteous – a true gentleman. He navigated the traffic in Delhi expertly. If we ever return to India, we will only travel with Mr. Dev. Mr. Dev speaks very good English, so communication was never a problem. The tour schedule was perfectly realistic, giving us ample time at each location. I am very glad we chose this tour with Golden Triangle Tours.

The best experience ever. Golden Triangle Tours made this the best trip. Everything worked like clockwork, great hotels, great excursions with the guides and drivers, especially Surrender who helped make everything easier and made us feel totally comfortable everywhere we went.
Gopal ensured that we had the most amazing time and that we saw the best parts of India so we got a true experience of Indian life. Even to the point that we had a cooking lesson with his wonderful family. The food was amazing.
The price was also very competitive, and beat the other tour companies by miles without loosing any of the quality.
Definitely wholeheartedly would recommend to anyone wanting to book a trip to India.
Our daughters used this company 10 years ago and couldn’t praise them enough which is why we then used them. The fact Golden Tours is still going 10 years later speaks volumes.

Family of 5, three almost grown up kids. The best part of our trip? Jatinder our legendary bus driver, so professional and helpful. Communication was excellent, the bus was modern clean and stocked with water and snacks a you want to eat. Started in Delhi, intense but excellent tour to old Delhi, could have skipped the carpet sales pitch at the end. Day two in Agra, comfortable hotel and excellent tour guide around the Taj Mahal that slowly emerged from the early morning fog. Longish and rural ride to Ranthambore, arrived to the hotel food and drink was pretty good. Rooms clean but on the basic side. We did the afternoon safari, which was fun, lots to see but no tigers for us. Large 20 seater bus available which we joined, but can also book smaller jeep which we would have chosen if we had known. Later departure to Jaipur - but ride was professional and safe with Jatinder. (Thank you!) final day of sight seeing in Jaipur, wonderful city. We plan to come back again. Visited over Christmas, temperature was perfect for us, early morning starts not needed as it was a bit foggy. Organization by Mr Gopal before and during the trip was excellent, very professional communication, could do with more detail on the itinerary but not a major point (add a map?). Would certainly recommend to anyone. Simply amazing, thank you!

We went with Travel Department. Fabulous trip . Our guide Rahi was brilliant and very knowledgeable and professional. Our driver and his assistant were also great driving through the crazy traffic.

We had really good guides, and all were unique in their own way; while sharing the commonality of providing great customer service!

We felt as though we were their " personal" guests, and really appreciated learning about their areas of the Golden Triangle. However more importantly, we felt the "Pride, and love" they have for their country...,

All of these great experiences + touring, and learning about some of India's most popular monuments was truly a treat!

However, there are a few "sales based" stops, but there is no pressure to purchase. As a matter of fact, if you inform Mr. Gopal of anything you don't want to do (or see), he'll ensure it doesn't happens... Again, "No problem."
In addition, you will encounter rest rooms without toilet tissue; so for my ladies, keep a roll (or a few wads) handy👍

Lastly..., I can continue to go on, and on about this tour company, but instead, I'll give you some advice:

We travelled last week to India to see the golden triangle . This was an absolutely amazing trip . I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. In particular our guide Rahi Raza ensured it was seamless , we had nothing to do only enjoy the holiday . However I want to recommend Rahi in particular for his depth of knowledge of the amazing palaces forts and civilisations we saw . He was like a history professor giving us in depth local and country wide knowledge of India with its unique and ancient culture. Thank you sincerely Rahi , you completely made our trip unforgettable !

A fantastic golden triangle tour, organised by Gopal at short notice. Jitendar, our driver, made us feel welcome, safe, and relaxed throughout, including when navigating the often bustling city streets. Our various guides were enthusiastic and knowledgeable, taking time to get to know us and being patient with us throughout - they were also excellent photographers!

Gopal was very efficient and organized our trip for the following week, always being available for anything we needed. The driver, Mhaveer, was great and always kind, he consistently drove safely and respected our requests, helping us whenever we needed a hand. Truly recommended!
