Fantastic course held by Paul Norman
Very informative!!!

I think the training was very good, the tutor Paul Stott. He was very supportive and spoke very clearly in every slide and I would recommend him again for future lessons, he helped the class learn and understand what health and safety is in the construction industry and the ins and out of the building sites.

Tony was an excellent tutor, found the way he taught not just interesting but entertaining which really helped me take all the information in.
Altogether great course and would highly recommend Tony at Gold Cross

Karl & Tony delivered a fantastic and informative course. While some subjects I had a little bit of knowledge on, they gave me a better understanding of the dangers of what I already knew and what I didn’t know. Their delivery was top notch. I enjoyed hearing about their own personal stories/experiences of what they’ve encountered over the years

Took the SSSTS, hosted by Paul Stott.

The course was very well put together, but the special part was Paul Stott. Some trainers can be aloof & just about tell you what is needed to pass.
Paul Stott however, engaged the whole group with a mixture of personal experiences, frequent short breaks which kept us all fresh (my opinion) & the wider course material. An excellently hosted & memorable course.

So, Thank You, Paul Stott (even though you're a bluenose!!)

Paul had great knowledge and sense the mood in the room and made the training good fun as well as getting to the point of the subjects that were discussed.

Not sure would have passed without his input and encouragement during the two days.

I recently passed my SMSTS course and just wanted to say a big thank you to Andrew H. He made the course interesting, explained everything clearly and easy to understand by using plenty of real-life examples. I'd highly recommend Andrew to anyone taking the SMSTS course.

The Goldcross trainer Paul Norman taught my SMSTS refresher course over the last couple of days.
Ge gave a well structured, fun and really informative course, and made it really enjoyable with his experience knowledge and great stories.
He put everything accross to all 12 delegates in layman's terms with no confusing bull shit or bollox.

What a top trainer 10/10
in my opinion all online trainers should take a leaf out of his book
