Paul Stott was a breath of fresh air ,extremely informative, helpful, friendly, funny. Probably the most enjoyable course that i have ever been on.

Very enjoyable experience and got me ready to supervise. Credit to the tutor, he was very thorough and made it easy to understand. Tutors name was Paul Norman

Did the sssts site supervision course over 2 days..thoroughly enjoyed it and John was very helpful,informative and motivated at getting everyone a pass..plus we had a good laugh as well..highly recommend any of the courses available..onwards and upwards. 💪

John Fitzmaurice was brilliant and was also a top bloke! He made the 2 day SSSTS course enjoyable and didn't overload with info it was evenly spread out making it easier to understand and digest. I highly recommend anybody looking to do this course to do go ahead and do it.

I Was sceptical about about doing an online course but found it relaxing but straight to the point. Mr Norman was very knowledgeable clear and concise but extremely helpful at the same time.

Enjoyed the refresher course and would happily do another online course again

I had an excellent experience on SMSTS course, and a huge part of that was thanks to Paul Stott. He is an outstanding trainer whose teaching style keeps everyone engaged from start to finish.

His way of delivering the course, explaining complex topics with real-life examples, and encouraging participation made every session interesting and easy to understand. He has a remarkable ability to keep the class interactive and never boring, which makes learning both enjoyable and effective.

Paul is truly a valuable asset an absolute gold standard trainer and a real credit to Goldcross Training Institute. I highly recommend attending any course delivered by him.

If I’m honest I was dredging doing this course online. I’m not very good with I.T.
And did not know what to expect.
Paul stott was the instructor a man with a great sense of humour and quite frankly a man off grate knowledge.he had all the candidates including me at ease very short order and had us all contributing and in conversation. I was very nervous about the final exam but he assured us all that he thought we were all very capable of completing this course with success.

Paul Stott has been a fantastic tutor during my SMSTS training this week.
He was methodical and ensured all on the course were working at a comfortable work pace.
Right up to the start of the final exam he was activly encouraging the class.
Hopefully I've passed!!

Paul was a great communicator who could assess the training group and deliver the required training in the most informative way, ensuring all delegates had the opportunity to complete the course.

Personally, for me, it was a pleasure to undertake the course with Paul and Goldcross, and I will be considering the team for any future training courses.

SMSTS course given by paul stott was a lot of information at once but with his great personality make it fun and enjoyable to learn. Very friendly and easy to talk to and a fountain of information and stories.
