what an fancy 2days ,ssst course a lot to remember, it's stressful at times but the tutor Slav Litwin was amazing !

his way of teaching was very interactive ,

Mr Paul Stott, a wonderful trainer, inspirational thoughtful advisor, impactful motivator lifted my intrinsic motivation. In spite of his knowledge & experience of the training, his amazing methodology, wisdom and humour forced me to drop this note.

5 Day online SMSTS course, primarily with Paul and then John on the final day. Great guys with relaxed training style that made it enjoyable.

Just completed my SMSTS course with Paul Stott. An excellent trainer with a great personality and a highly informative approach. Without doubt, one of the best and most enjoyable construction courses I’ve attended.

Excellent presenters, course was well structured, informal and interesting, many examples of presenters experiences were shared which helped to highligh of importance of H&S in real life situations

Paul has genuinely been one of the best trainers ive had within this industry. I have 13 years of industry experience and alongside this undertaken many courses. I had Paul Stott as my allocated trainer recently for the SMSTS course. Paul is an excellent trainer with a wealth of experience to back up the training. Not only can he advise you what you should do to prevent injuries, he can quantify the likely outcome of not following H&S correctly. The sessions were light hearted and well balanced to all occupants. Paul is a credit to Goldcross

Very good content and delivery by Paul Norman

I was very nervous about coming on this on course, but the instructor Paul Norman, has delivered in a way that was very refreshing for me, on a human scale if you know what I mean, so yes very informative course, that I have really enjoyed thank you Paul
