Exceptional Customer Experience
My experience purchasing a watch from Gold Arts was extraordinary. The Customer service I have received was exceptional. I love my new Omega Speedmaster, it’s in pristine condition and keeps great time. I can highly recommend purchasing from GA. Thank you all!

Amazing service
Katy greeted us with a warm genuine smile.
The ring we chose to view without prompting told us what the gem stones were.
While dealing with our sale she prompted us to enter the competition for a Ball watch which my husband would love too.
We have always had great customer service in this shop and always get great service and advice.

Fabulous Diamond and Emerald Ring
I stumbled on Gold Arts online and saw my dream ring, the staff were very helpful, they resized, posted to me in a couple of days and promised I could return if not to my liking.

Paid in full £280 for earrings on line…
Paid in full £280 for earrings on line with next day delivery provided in purchase.
Received an email at close of business advising they were out of stock and to choose another item from the site.
I have requested a refund and have not received it. Nor have I received a response from my email.
I checked the reviews before purchasing and all looked in order for this company. However this screams scam and I will need to inform the police and trading standards.
As I am writing this I have just received this
‘may take up to 10 days for this refund to appear in your account.’
I don’t understand why on earth it would take this long or why they took my money in the first place I if the earrings were out of stock. If they can provide next day delivery on items. Why does it seem reasonable to keep my money for 10 days?

This is exactly what I received from your company.
Clearly suggesting an offer to pick an alternative and a 10 day wait for a refund.
I recommend you alter your emails and process as this did not feel legitimate.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We checked with our colleagues and we are very sorry for the confusion. Unfortunately, the earrings you ordered were not available and we offered you a replacement or a full refund, within 3 hours of you placing the order. Once you requested the refund, this was initiated (2 minutes after receiving your email). We sent you proof of the refund.
We understand your frustration, however, due to circumstances beyond our control, the funds may experience a delay in reaching your account as they go through standard banking systems.
Please be assured your money left our account 2 minutes after requesting the refund. We do not keep any funds for 10 days, we issue the refund instantly if any customer requests that.
Your money went back into your account on the 26th of November, at 10.38am, which is 2 days after you ordered, not 10 days. Some banks take longer than others to process the money.

Fabulous customer service
Contacted Gold arts with an email to see if they could repair my two Tiffany bracelets & sent them photos of the repairs needed.
Replied straightway to my query sent my bracelets to them & received them back within a few weeks.
Bracelets are repaired & look shiny new.

i purchased a ladies tag watch online
i purchased a ladies tag watch online - unsure and a little nervous. However i decided to call the shop and spoke to Ollie, within 5m i had purchased and paid for the watch.
I found 0llie to be polite mannerly, knowledgeable and yes i will defo make future purchases from this jewellers.
I took delivery of the watch and have been absolutely delighted with this purchase.
