Well presented website with detailed images made selection straightforward. The chosen emerald eternity ring matched the quality and description as detailed on the website and delivery was prompt.

I have been looking for my eternity ring from my husband for a quite a while now; and I need to mention that I am very particular customer who has lots of questions.
Well, Emma has exceeded my expectations. She was so patient, had a great knowledge of their stock and generally of the trade, she was not pushy at all and nothing was an effort to her.

I have recently had to have my wedding ring enlarged by 2 sizes. The process was explained to me and the price clearly explained. The gold ring was cut, extended and polished like new. In the words of Morecambe and Wise "you can't see the join". Wonderful Goldsmithery, great attention to detail. Thank you Gold Arts Eastbourne.

I was greeted by both Kim and Michelle who were a pleasure to deal with. They were very polite, helpful and professional. Glen (the goldsmith) did a wonderful job repairing an piece of Jewellery for me. I would like to give Kim and Michelle a big thank you for their help. I've always been greeted with the most friendly, welcoming, and professional staff. I had my wife's engagement ring resized for fitting a while ago, and on todays visit, I had my late father's engagement ring resized, polished and replated. My father's ring looks absolutely outstanding, was completed within a couple of hours, and I couldn't be happier.

I came in based off a recommendation from a different jewellery place. Was served by Jed, Michelle and Emma they helped me with a ring that wasn’t from the store. It had more sentimental value than anything. Jed used a really cool laser to fix it which was hard to find as I spoke to many other places who said they couldn’t help. I visited approx 4 weeks ago seeking some advice,which was freely given, and I was invited back when I was in a position to complete the help I required.
I returned to today anticipating that I would be required to leave the items concerned for a few days.
The staff looked at the items then carried out the work I had first enquired about.

Was recommended by my son who lives in Brighton to try this shop for a repair to a chain on a necklace that holds sentimental value, as such I was weary of leaving it anywhere tbh. Wanted a pre owned emerald ring. The staff were so helpful and listened to what I wanted and then showed me a perfect piece that was not on show.
It was resized and when I collected it they even clean my other rings I was wearing. Exceptional service.
We have discussed re designing some of my other jewellery.
