i had pathetic experience in my entire journey with Go Frugal over past 6 months in using their software - every small change or issues take ages if not resolved within 1 day. They cannot even provide basis SOP for the reports generated from the system - E- Waybill was not GST compliant and took 3 months for development to make changes which is still 90% done. they have extremely slow response rate in resolving customer grievances. They do listen to us and keep the customer hanging unless you escalate.

While GoFrugal software offers decent features, the after-sales support and customer service leave much to be desired. Over the last six months, I have made multiple requests for basic feature additions.The development team repeatedly concluded that the features were unfeasible, offering no suitable alternatives.

The sales and support team, particularly Mr. Vinod Kumar and Mr. Swapnil Shah, have been unprofessional and unhelpful. I have recorded evidence of their lack of product knowledge and their dismissive attitudes. During a call, Mr. Swapnil Shah even challenged me to find specific features missing in the software, promising a refund if proven wrong. Unfortunately, he has neither followed up on his challenge nor returned my calls since.

The behavior of the sales team has been equally disappointing. They appear more interested in evading responsibility than addressing customer issues. False commitments and delays have become the norm, showing a clear disregard for customer satisfaction and time.

I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before investing in GoFrugal software. While the product itself has potential, the poor support, dishonesty, and lack of professionalism make it a regrettable choice.

This is from nandadeepa supermart. surathkal,mangalore. i started using this software from april 2024. software is too good and has lot of features to study but the problem is that lack of trainers, i have not received proper training to use this software effectively. actually we want to upgrade it further but has no confident in service. please arrange some trainers to visit the customers place whenever required. i hope you will do the needful.

I regret to share my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your company. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance for software issues, Mr. Kunal has not received any response. last 5-6 month ago app development but til date not resoulve. The lack of resolution and poor (respons) customer service have been disappointing. I hope for a prompt improvement in communication and issue resolution.
