WHAT A TOTAL RIP-OFF AND HORRIBLE COMPANY.

I rented a car at a local FBO in Nashville. I told the person on the phone that I wanted a large SUV when I reserved it. When I landed, I happened to look at the rental agreement I was signing, and IT WAS $350.00 PER DAY.

I immediately called, told them I do NOT rent $350 per day cars and I would Uber rather than pay this STUPID PRICE, and they were a RIPOFF.

They decided any rental was better than no rental and dropped to a more reasonable rate and one that compared with National / Hertz at $189 for a Large SUV for the day.

I am sure many people fly into an FBO and don't bother to look at the rental agreement's cost or are embarrassed to call and complain while their traveling party is ready to get into the car and get on their way???

Seems that Go Rentals has found a way to take advantage of people who they think don't care about cost because they fly into an FBO on private planes.

HUGE INTEGRITY, MORALS, AND FAIRNESS ISSUES IN THIS COMPANY!!!!

AVOID GO RENTALS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I booked to pick up from a specific place (train station) and the confirmation email stated that. Then the actual pick up location was completely different. They actually put two addresses in my confirmation email. I lost 100 pounds due to their error. Never using this company again.

They cancelled the day before, not reliable and very disappointing.

I rent automatic vans on a regular basis from Go Rentals. They are a great, trustworthy company and really easy to deal with.

If I could give 0 STARS I would!!
Was directed to this company from KAYAK. Booking was made but never received email confirmation. I tried to call, email NO luck, they have charged my card, I logged into my account and I don’t have any booking.
Does anyone have any idea how to reach them?

Could not cancell reservation online. Not reachable by phone or email. The credit card was charged. Will need to resolve issue with the bank. Looks like scam.

Go rentals went above and beyond when the car I was ment to hirer wasn't returned on time.
They dropped my family and myself at our holiday home in 2 cars and then delivered our hirer car off next day.
They gave me eta's and updates throughout. Jake was super helpful and gave me options. He has great customer service and I would definitely use again.

Do not rent from this company, they intentionally mislead us saying they have a great car, no older than 3 years but those were all lies and unfortunately we paid everything in advance.
They gave us a muddy and rugged car, I'm really sorry I can't put pictures with that "thing".
We gave back the car next day and they didn't gave us the difference for the unused days.
Please DO NOT RENT anything from the "COMPANY" as you'll get a WRECK!

Great company to deal with. Borrowed a LWB auto van and it was brand new, very tidy and just what I needed. Great service from the staff too who were helpful and friendly. Very trustworthy business to deal with and no messing around!

My family hired a last minute 17seater minibus. Great journey and excellent service. Will definitely recommend.
