Clickbait headlines lead to unreadable stories with large prominent ads and autoplay videos making it all bit impossible to view.
Add in some of the articles are plain nonsense or unreliable, makes this a terrible site for fans of the beautiful game.

Too biased.

Used to be a go-to for collated football news but it's turned into biased bottom of the barrel clickbait "journalism" - And when points are challenged, the writers and managing editor resort to verbally abusing the readers. What a mess it has become.

No connection whatsoever between, picture, headline, and what could be found!
And, review process refuses to allow me to submit the correct date.
Serious waste of time and energy.

After the transfer of Rice to Arsenal I wrote a comment on GOAL.COM and they removed my comment CENSORSHIP. So where is the FREE SPEECH and why do you leave a comment bar if you are going to censor the comments. I immediately DELETED my account. They have agenda to promote who they want not reading dissenting views. Rubbish site, I encourage others to stay clear of GOAL.COM.

Absolutely biased. Biasness clouds their judgement, stopping them from thinking objectively and clearly. Useless website.

For some reason, Goal.com will only publish a news article about a Leeds match if they lose. Congrats for objectivity.

All you can see is 2-3 news per day. In any other non-sport pages you'll see more. Today, I'm still seeing the news of yesterday. It seems they still havent woke up.

Please do not fix the videos to peoples screens! If a person does not click on a video, it is probably because they do not want to watch the video. So please don't make the video follow the screen when you scroll over the video.

Videos gehen meistens nicht, zu viele Werbungen,
ist ziemlich öde und Nerven raubend..

Waaaay too many commercials, pop-ups etc and too many click-bait articles and never anything substantial. Get news and coverage from other sources as this is just useless.

"Schreiben Sie bitte objektiv und in neutraler Sprache" steht hier und ist sicherlich auch bei Goal.com gewünscht. Kommentare werden vor der Veröffentlichung überprüft, um Beleidigungen gegen andere User, sowie Cybermobbing auszuschließen. Vorbildlich, WENN es nur darum gehen würde. Ich habe nun schon ein paar objektive Kritiken in neutraler Sprache verfasst, welche im Zusammenhang mit der Recherche, der Rechtschreibung und Grammatik, kurz: der Qualität der Artikel standen und auch solche, die sich an den Aufbau der Website im allgemeinen richten. So empfinde ich es als überaus störend, dass bei nahezu jedem Artikel AUTOMATISCH ein Video started, was mit dem Thema meist, bis auf den Vereinsnamen, nichts zu tun hat. Und es sind immer dieselben Videos. Zudem werden Themen einfach wieder neu aufgeweicht oder unter irreführenden Überschriften als neu verkauft. Journalismus sieht anders aus. Der entscheidende Punkt ist hierbei aber, dass alle kritischen Kommentare bezüglich der Redaktion oder der Website nicht veröffentlicht werden. Und das ist eine Frechheit! Man gibt bei seiner Registrierung seine persönlichen Daten Preis und erhält dafür eine hübsche kleine Art der Zensur. Ganz schwach, wie ich finde!
