I had a subscription to Previgen first…

I had a subscription to Previgen first two orders came in great third order never showed got a refund very happy next order came one bottle instead of two no damage to package just miss packed , asked to ship missing product they refused , I canceled subscription, I will be going to someone that actually cares about there customers . From reading other reviews I’m not the only one.

As much as I want to say I like GNC

As much as I want to say I like GNC, I cannot. The only one in my city closes randomly and some days stays closed all day without updating the website. Boone NC GNC is by far the worst store in Boone, no other stores just close when they choose like the GNC in Boone does.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Has been 4 weeks never received merchandise. Refuse to cancel our order.
Never again. This is almost criminal to steal money. Dont ever do business with these crooks.

Most locations around me closed

Most locations around me closed, I was able to locate two locations that are still open. The only caveat is they are not fully stocked with the items I need. Tried to order online, items were not delivered as promised and still waiting. What happened to GNC’s level of service.

I do not know...don't bother me.

I have been in Fair Oaks GNC store twice now, both visits were disappointing. First visit the female employee acted like she could care less that I was in the store..and showed no interest in helping me. Ok, I wrote that off as a "Bad day for the lady". My second visit proved why the first employee acted the way she did. THIS NOTED MANAGER could not answer simple questions about a product. Do you have any in stock? " I do not know". Can you check for me? "if you do not see it, I don't have it". When will you order more? "I do not know". Are you the manager? or an employee? "I am the manager". And you do know if you will order more? " No...I probably will not order more". I will never shop this store again. I also will tell my social media friends not to. Complete failure as a manager.

Somebody needs to short GNC..

Dont know what has happened to GNC but someone needs to short them as they have become a horrendous company. The staff are inadequately trained, they hawk and push their crappy GNC products through their outlets and keep the better quality items online and their shipping is a complete joke. The CEO of this company needs to haul his head out his *ss and have a look around to see what is really going on. Used to be a premium member but honestly won’t support them anymore.

First and last time shopping

I’m a first time customer and I regret shopping at GNC. I purchased products online and 9 week days later no email saying my order would be late after they advertise 5-7 days shipping. When I called they told me I have to wait 10 days before they can file a complaint. I will not be a return customer. After reading all the reviews which I should have done before I ordered anything. I see that they don’t care about there customers for reason one they don’t even reply to any of the reviews with an apology and two if a company is getting bad reviews about the same thing don’t you think they would try to fix the problem

Time to take my business elsewhere!!

I have been a loyal customer of GNC for as long as I can remember. I know what supplements work for me and the local store is close to me. But the past three times I have gone in the person working has tried to talk me out of the protein powder and pre-workout I use into something he thought was better. Even going so far to tell me what I was buying was “crap.” I’m done with GNC. Just do your job and sell stuff. Save your comments for somebody who hasn’t been training longer than you have been alive!

Poor service

Website says nothing about closing for lunch so when I arrived there was a paper sign and locked doors. I still waited and when they showed up they opened the doors and worked the store without a mask on even though they say masks required. Customers I can understand not wearing one but the store employees should. Prices are excessively high and they were out of the products I wanted. Store employee was rude and expressed annoyance at me even though I only asked for 1 item.

Don't trust online purchases

I placed an order for an item, and added a $10 separate item I didn't need to meet the threshold to avoid shipping and handling fees.

Within minutes I received a notice that part of my order (the part that I wanted to actually buy) was cancelled because it was out of stock. I tried to go online to cancel the remainder of my order, as it is still processing.

Instead of being able to cancel the order (That presumably hasn't event made it to an order-processing center), I am told I must now wait for the other product to come in person so I can take it to an in-store location for a refund - completely defeating the purpose of ordering online in the first place.

Do not order online from GNC - and don't expect their support team to be able to offer any kind of useful help.

GNC Online, not worth the effort.

I ordered $80 of Megaman Vitamins from GNC online and they never arrived. Their customer service was unwilling and unable to resend or refund the money. I had to call the credit card company to stop payment.

I opened two cases on GNC's website. All I got was frustration.

Not worth the effort.

bought two bottle of papaya enzyme and…

bought two bottle of papaya enzyme and a Ener C multi pack. Because of covid 19 and being high risk I am staying at home so I ordered online. The two bottles of papaya enzyme they sent me were about to expire in 4 months (September 2021). The Ener C multi pack is the same with expiry soon (September 2021). I tried contacting customer service. Long story short they will not send a replacement to the about to expire products. I am so disappointed. I sent back the items and now I am out by $22.00 due to shipping. I will never buy anything from GNC ever because GNC ships about to expire products. Buyers beware! Look somewhere else.!

I told them all they have to do is go to Walmart site to verify the price they told me that's the only way I could get the price adjusted..... I TOLD GNC I WILL BE CANCELLING MY ACCOUNT........ Hendersonville Tn,is ran by a guy store manager who looks like Newman on Seinfeld or better yet the revolting blob from Billy Madison same actor rude and racist unprofessional and incompetent,would NOT wait on me as he was sexually harassing a lady in the store and his name is jason!the franchise is ran by a man named Rex who is arrogant in demeanor and believes his people are wonderful and can do no wrong he runs a store in spring hill tn Gallatin tn and the Hendersonville Tn where my encounter happened!the man would not wait on me or help me with any of my questions or concerns and when I addressed my concerns to Rex he acted untouchable and like he was all that and I told him I was NOT impressed and that corporate would hold him and his people accountable!I am in the military and he said the military can take their business elsewhere he did not care and was extremely disrespectful to me and said he did not work for me which once again shows how ignorant of a fool he is and it's sad!I will see to it all the people I know will no longer shop at any GNC stores nationwide meaning military until someone from a high corporate level address them!as for now I will post my review!so ladies if you don't want to be sexually harassed and if you guys and girls and military personnel want to get appreciation and good service!avoid Rex the franchise owner in Tn and the store manager Jason in Hendersonville Tn at all costs and go to their competitors!thanks much!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM GNC!!!!

Ordered lean shakes and cases of alani drinks on March 17th. It's been almost a month and my order is still processing not even shipped. They refuse to cancel my order and also refuse to let me speak to someone higher up. They lie and say something different each time I call. They've told me it shipped that I should receive it within 2 days its been 14 days since they told me that. Then yesterday they say it's never been shipped! Did my research and GNC was bought and moved to China in 2020..... so do not order from here ever!!!!

Slow shipping and no response from customer service.

I placed an order on their website. It took GNC 2 weeks to ship 1 of my 2 items ordered. After 2 weeks, they canceled one of the items out of no where. I sent multiple messages to them, from their website. But never got a response from them. It's been almost a month now and I still never got a response. After a week of my order not shipping, I went out to multiple stores to find what I needed. And I did not need my gnc order anymore. Never heard back from them. Poor customer service. Slow service. If you are planning on taking daily supplements, do not trust them to get you n the items on time. Other companies that sell the same kind of things, understand we need our orders and ship out quickly. Not GNC.

Shameful Actions by Customer Service Representative

I have contacted customer service twice regarding my Lean Shake 25 order number 200004819687 that was not in a box when delivered. My last call was in the afternoon on 03/26/2021. The customer service representative didn't offer a satisfactory resolution; therefore, I asked to speak with a supervisor. The representative told me the supervisor's response would be the same as his. I told him I still wanted to speak with a supervisor. He placed me on hold for about 5 minutes then returned to the call and told me he was still working on getting a supervisor. He then asked if it would be okay if he placed me on hold for two minutes; I said yes. Once he returned to the call the third time he asked the previous question again, and I said yes, but the representative never returned to the call. I was on hold for 40 minutes before I disconnected the call. At this point it was obvious the representative never intended for me to speak with a supervisor. This is unprofessional and shameful.

Note: I sent this same information to an email address I hope belongs to Mr. Josh Burris, CEO of GNC and asked to be contacted. This information was also left in the feedback area on GNC's website.

Their online ordering is the worst. Zero communication, half order shows up late. Called to see what happened with the other half. You get a call center in India that gets you going in circles. If you want their products, order on Amazon or go to the actual store. DO NOT ORDER DIRECT
